Thanks a lot! Please stop by and share stories and interactions that you find. It's always fun to get feedback from other playgroups that use my same list, because we can often see things very differently from group to group.
How good is Gemstone Mine in your Cube? When it was in mine people would yell at me to take it out when they saw it in the draft.
If people are actually yelling at you in a negative way because of what is arguably a cube staple land, those people honestly don't deserve to play with you again nor your friendship. No one should yell at you to remove a card lol. That's just screwed up.
Just to talk about your Cube's aesthetics for a moment - Are you going to try and acquire the Zendikar Expedition versions of the fetch and shock lands?
No, I don't like the way the look. If I can scoop a couple up here and there for cheap I might, depending on the art, but I have no desire at all to acquire all of them. I like my alters more anyways, on the ones I already have alters for.
I'm inclined to agree. I don't care for the background. I don't like the frame. And I think the text box looks forced and out of place. Your alters are all sick and even just plain ol' original foils look better, imo.
They're all quite good, especially with tutors. Secrets might be the most tame of all the conspiracies, but it's still a powerful effect to strap to a random creature.
@InCabalTherapy - You should read the article Salmo posted in the article section detailing the conspiracies for a more in depth reason they are nuts.
My favorite conspiracy play I've seen was when my friend Kirk played Mother of Runes and someone went to kill it. He flipped over a conspiracy giving it haste of out of nowhere and it deflected the removal.
Giving a creature haste, +1/+1, or some other bonus is great.

For some reason I was under the impression that you had to reveal the conspiracy when the named card was cast. This is insane.
How is oath of druids performing for your group? In which decks did it perform well?
The effect is cool and powerful but I'm afraid that it's not realy a green card. With this i mean that it's only useful in controlish decks splashing green, since all my green decks contain lots of 1-drops (mana elves in ramp, beaters in aggro).
I'm a huge fan of Oath, and I regularly force UG counter decks feat. Oath + Natural Order.
Is gemstone mine really that hot of a card? I've never really given it much thought in the past... Is it really better than say Grand Coliseum/City of Brass/Mana Confluence in a 380 cube?

Oath and NO are realy not made for the same deck IMO, since they need different shells to work properly. One wants small sac fodder while the other wants to minimize the number of small creatures.

Oath has been quite good. It goes well in planeswalker control decks, as the 'walkers don't provide any suboptimal hits for Oath but the deck can keep its threat density up. Other than those decks, it's great in Sneak/Show/Eureka kinds of builds that don't play creatures other than the sick targets.
Oath and Natural Order do not go in the same decks at all, as Oath doesn't want to hit all the mana elves you need to feed the Natural Order.

Gemstone Mine is the best pure mana fixer for aggro decks out there. In all decks that are more focussed on tempo than resource count, it's a better land than Coliseum. And in the aggro mirror or when you're playing a deck with a lot of other self-damage effects, it can be better than City/Confluence. I would play it in addition to those lands, even in the smallest of cubes.
Abbot is a fine creature. It's not as good in this format as it is in standard, but it's an easy card to toss into any low-curve deck with available red mana.

This is only the case for the ones that trigger on cast, like Double Stroke and Iterative Analysis. And I guess for Muzzio's Preparations so your guy enters with the counter.
