CubeCobra being an excellent platform has convinced me to start keeping my cube online again so I figured I'd post my two lists here.
The first is my paper proxy version that almost never see's any play, the second is my MTGO one that I use for doing sealed or rotisserie drafts with my overseas friends. The paper one is purely theoretical at this point but it's the wish list to upgrade the MTGO one to as budget ceases to be an issue.
Alright my cube is listed below in the first spoiler, the second is my old list so I can write up a change log later. Grapefruit's Cube Deckstats Link

Flexible color probably the only color that can sucessfully be a main color in aggro, control, or midrange.
Alright I've lurked here and read other about other people’s cubes for ages so I figured I'd post mine finally, but first I'm going to give a bit of info about my cube.
It isn't balanced across colors by numbers. I chose to break this cardinal rule originally because I was lazy and was just throwing whatever into it and not keeping track. I still don't have it balanced perfectly by color because I really like how it drafts right now. Maybe I'll balance it someday but it just works for me right now.
Also there are very obvious cards that would be awesome in here that I haven't bothered to proxy yet as that would knock out some pet cards that also happen to be real cards.
Most of all this is a work and progress and any suggestions would be appreciated.
Lastly thanks to pringlesman for posting the Creating your Cube Thread FAQ thread with .txt document with the format used in this post.

White is designed to be flexible, a great color in aggro, midrange, or control. Has a few pet cards to add a token subtheme to the color.
Blue has more cards than other colors for two reasons, 1 I find it hard to find cards to cut, and 2 I am happy with where it's current powerlevel is in relation to the other colors.
Green has the most cards of any color as it is my favorite color and I am a wimp when it comes to cutting cards I like (and again I like it's current balance compared to the other colors). As for it's strenghts and weaknesses it is very strong at ramp and midrange, making for a solid second color in control or midrange.
Thanks for the info on unusual and left out cards, and most of all thanks for catching all my typos I'll work on getting those corrected.
On the actual advice I've never had more than 6 people for a draft so I don't feel any need to go up to 450. If I change it's size it will be from cutting some of the more suspect cards like Kirtar's Wrath (which is a relic from before I started adding proxies) or Mulch which was only ever in because I really wanted to push 3-4 color reanimator.
Thanks again for catching my typos and posting the comparison it gives me a lot to think about.
Alright after looking at those comparisons I'm looking at making a swath of cuts with no additions, but I wanted to get some opinions on them first. Should any of these stay in? What else in particular seems bad? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the feedback, I think I'll hold onto all the ones you mentioned except Timely Reinforcements as it is pretty much sideboard fodder in my experience.
OP updated for my change to 360 and even splits between colors. Of course the OP was very loosely updated by just linking to my tappedout page.
A few notes, my multicolor is really weak right now, I gave each color combo 3 cards. I fudged the numbers a bit by putting Wild Nacatl into WR and Nicol Bolas into UR as those combos were under represented and I didn't feel like making proxies during the purge (that is also how glissa got added she really shouldn't be in there but I don't want to make proxies currently).
It is, but a little awkwardly. Each has 3 cards associated with it, just some aren't technically in the right spot by their mana cost. When I get around to making the post I'll sort them properly.
Mirror Entity is a card that I intend to get in there at some point, though the cut I'm looking at making is fiend hunter which has been very disappointing so far.
Also I'm not currently running Couldgoat, it's very good but I think I prefer Karmic Guide, and Geist Honored Monk to it, and I see those two competing for the same slot as it.
Alright sorry for the double post but it's been a few days and I think is okay by forum rules.
Onto the meat of the post I'm considering a few swaps and was hoping for advice.
Out>>In Fiend Hunter>>Blade Splicer This one is happening I've been hugely disappointed by the Hunter.
Life From the Loam>> Green Suns' Zenith Loam has been too slow to get going in most matchups and I'd like to get GSZ in, the question I have is, is there a better cut?
I like Mikaeus a lot more than Honor of the Pure, since this card pushes all your creatures instead of only the white ones and can provide a bonus of +2/+2 and more.
I agree with all this, except I wouldn't put Deranged Hermit on a list of cards to cut from a cube, ever. And I like Eternal Dragon more than all the other cards on his list above.
Rampaging Baloths does seem like a better cut than Loam, I think I'll go with that, decree has been the weakest out of the cards listed so it will be the cut, and I think Eternal Dragon will also get the ax as I forgot to put mirror entity on the list.
As for Boneshredder vs Fleshbag, Fleshbag seems like a better aggro card (no echo, 3 power) and that's why I chose it. Why would you cut boneshredder over it?
Also update switches as of now
Out>>In
Honor of the Pure>>Mikaeus
Fiend Hunter>>Blade Splicer
Eternal Dragon>>Mirror Entity
Decree of Justice>>Cloudgoat Ranger
Boneshredder(or maybe Fleshbag Marauder)>>Sinkhole
Rampaging Baloths>>Green Suns' Zenith
Bone Shredder doesn't require you to sacrifice a creature, and it can also target down most of the high-priority targets in the cube. I like it a lot more than Fleshbag Marauder.
Alright these are the potential DKA changes I'm looking at, any thoughts, advice, or criticisms would be welcomed.
Lingering souls: I think I might give it a whirl as a white card as it's not too far off being playable there and when flashbacked it almost gets into the ultra competitive W/B section. Can't find an obvious cut, maybe flickerwisp?
Thalia: obvious inclusion, seems awesome. Going in for Lone missonary probably.
Curse of Echoes: Probably nowhere near good enough but I love the idea of winning control mirrors with it. It won't last long, but I really like the card and want to give it a shot. Maybe slide it into the disappointing Gush's slot, until something much better strikes my fancy.
Feind of the Shadows: I want to give it a try as specters are sweet, but it's facing tough competition. Thoughts on it versus bloodgift demon?
Huntmaster of the fells: I want to try him as he's awesome but I only run two cards per guild and the competiton might be too strong. I'll give it a try over stormbind as there is tons of enchantment destruction and I've always been weirdly unimpressed by it.
Avacyn's Collar: Reminds me of Slyvok Lifestaff in a god way. the 2 to equip is a little much but I might give it a shot. That said I don't see any cuts but I do think it should be tested.
All in all, it looks pretty good. I would keep Lone Missionary, Flickerwisp and Stormbind though, and find other cuts. I'd play Lingering Souls in BW; I wouldn't maindeck that card without a reliable way to flash it back.
Stormbind is only out for testing the Huntmaster, it still is the incumbent.
Lingering Souls probably isn't good enough as a white card but I wanted to test it as I love tokens, and it's new. It doesn't stand a chance with only 2 cards per guild sadly, so it would have to make it as a white card.
The white cuts were hard if you have any alternative recommendations they would be welcomed. I considered cutting Calciderm before the Flickerwisp, still not really sure which is better.
Looking at your mana curve, you should get rid of at least one 5 mana creature + maybe Emeria Angel . Another expendable card would be Mistral Charger.
The average blue deck should get more value out of Compulsive Research than Gush. I also doubt that Æther Tradewinds is a card that gets picked high.
I like all of those cards much more than Viper. I probably like Mongrel the most, but any of them would be a step up. Ohran Viper is good, but it may be my next cut in green and I run a 500 card cube.
Looking at your mana curve, you should get rid of at least one 5 mana creature + maybe Emeria Angel . Another expendable card would be Mistral Charger.
Any advice on which 5 drop? I've been reasonably happy with my curve but maybe I could use another cut on the top end.
Also I agree with KBH, the pegasi are awesome, they'll probably out last the Skyfisher and the Paladin at least.
The average blue deck should get more value out of Compulsive Research than Gush. I also doubt that Æther Tradewinds is a card that gets picked high.
Gush was not supposed to be in there at all, not sure how I missed it. As for Tradewinds, that is part of my tempo/blink support. It isn't a high pick but it's extremely powerful in the deck's it's good in. I will admit it's a bit of a pet card but I think it's a reasonably powerful one.
Yeah either the monkeys or the shaman would be better, that's what I get for making changes when I'm tired, they get sloppy. That said Mongrel is in already, again it was sloppy book keeping on my part.
I've found it to be, being able to take out a sword mid combat, or bouncing a high loyalty planeswalker at the end of their turn has been huge for us. The card is really flexible and we have a lot of success with it.
As for white I could see bringing back Flickerwisp, for Emeria Angel , Calciderm, or the Monk, I'll see what my other cubers think. But we really don't like Lone Missionary that much so I don't see bringing it back in.
Hey man, you haven't made a change log yet but eidolon gave me a file a week or two ago that showed your cube playing Necropotence in it. Its not listed there now and your cube was the only 360 we found playing it.
Just wondering if you cut it or if it was a typo and you were actually playing Necromancy.
PS personally we think Karmic Guide and Reveillark have a ton more potential than any of the other 5 drops..Gideon's obviously the best of course. But those two we could see picking high. Cloudgoat and Geisthonored and even Baneslayer not really (and toss in Exalted too)

Green has the most cards of any color as it is my favorite color and I am a wimp when it comes to cutting cards I like (and again I like it's current balance compared to the other colors). As for it's strenghts and weaknesses it is very strong at ramp and midrange, making for a solid second color in control or midrange.

Thanks for the feedback.
Onto the meat of the post I'm considering a few swaps and was hoping for advice.
Out>>In
Fiend Hunter>>Blade Splicer This one is happening I've been hugely disappointed by the Hunter.
Life From the Loam>> Green Suns' Zenith Loam has been too slow to get going in most matchups and I'd like to get GSZ in, the question I have is, is there a better cut?
Honor of the Pure>>Mikeaus the Lunarch Mikeaus seems like a slight upgrade, but I'm not sure on this one.
???>>Cloudgoat Ranger I want to get it in there but I don't see an obvious cut, suggestions?
Boneshredder>>Sinkhole I've been meaning to get sinkhole in and the shredder is one of the weaker cards in Black, am I missing a better cut?
Also any other suggestions are welcome, and thanks in advance for the advice.
Who doesn't love all the options
I agree with all this, except I wouldn't put Deranged Hermit on a list of cards to cut from a cube, ever. And I like Eternal Dragon more than all the other cards on his list above.

As for Boneshredder vs Fleshbag, Fleshbag seems like a better aggro card (no echo, 3 power) and that's why I chose it. Why would you cut boneshredder over it?
Also update switches as of now
Out>>In
Honor of the Pure>>Mikaeus
Fiend Hunter>>Blade Splicer
Eternal Dragon>>Mirror Entity
Decree of Justice>>Cloudgoat Ranger
Boneshredder(or maybe Fleshbag Marauder)>>Sinkhole
Rampaging Baloths>>Green Suns' Zenith

Gravecrawler: Shoo in. Good bye pulse tracker.
Undying Evil: Seems like an interesting trick might give it a shot. Maybe lose Dark ritual to try it out?
Faithless looting: perfect for red. Maybe Red Suns Zenith as I think 3 XR spells might be enough at 360.
Markov Blademaster: Seems worth testing, red 3 drops isn't the most loaded slot. Maybe the cut is Jaya Ballard, Task Mage, Keldon Champion or instigator gang.
Torch Fiend: Never used hearth kami as I forgot about it but this should get itself and maybe Hearth Kami in. Maybe Keldon Mauraders and Ember Hauler.
Vorapede: Seems awesome is getting a tryout for sure. Oracle of Mul Daya or Terastadon down.
Wolfbitten Captive and Strangleroot Geist: If I shift to a more agressive green section they'll be in but not right now.
Huntmaster of the fells: I want to try him as he's awesome but I only run two cards per guild and the competiton might be too strong. I'll give it a try over stormbind as there is tons of enchantment destruction and I've always been weirdly unimpressed by it.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad: Easiest inclusion of the set. Sadly Gerrard's Verdict is saying good bye.
Avacyn's Collar: Reminds me of Slyvok Lifestaff in a god way. the 2 to equip is a little much but I might give it a shot. That said I don't see any cuts but I do think it should be tested.

I guess people are down on them at 360 but we still think the Pegasi are pretty good. There isn't much flying low on the curve in 360 to block them.
I like all of those cards much more than Viper. I probably like Mongrel the most, but any of them would be a step up. Ohran Viper is good, but it may be my next cut in green and I run a 500 card cube.

Any advice on which 5 drop? I've been reasonably happy with my curve but maybe I could use another cut on the top end.
Also I agree with KBH, the pegasi are awesome, they'll probably out last the Skyfisher and the Paladin at least.
As for white I could see bringing back Flickerwisp, for Emeria Angel , Calciderm, or the Monk, I'll see what my other cubers think. But we really don't like Lone Missionary that much so I don't see bringing it back in.
