I sort of agree with Colby, but my cuts would be Power Sink, Cyclonic Rift, or Desertion. I'll likely never cut Arcane Denial, so that wouldn't make my short list.
Silent Edge's Tidbits of Wisdom: The Lewis Theory - When the presence of a single card makes every other card in your deck better (see Lewis, Ray). The Rubber Edict - You'd rather have it and not use it, than need it and not have it. The Shotgun Wedding - Don't commit early unless you absolutely have to.
Oblivion Stone -> Erratic Portal
(O-Stone rarely gets drafted by choice, and gets played even less. With all the ETB creatures out there, Portal seems to be a much better Cube option at this point)

I like Goblin Settler more than its Orkish buddy. Having it as a pure ETB trigger makes it really abusive in the right deck. It was much better than I expected it to be.

Why cut Catastrophe? It's either a finisher if you winning or a stabiliser if you're losing. It's amazing.
I don't think Glorious Anthem is really worth it any more, and same for HotP. If you're already running Ajani Goldmane and Steadfast and Spear of Heliod, guess it's OK.
I think Detention Sphere is a lot better than Venser, but the PW sort of helps a deck so I guess it works.
Sarkhan is just better than Xenagos in general, and he also supports the Fires deck and is one of the few cards to have a Threaten ability. I would run both 'walkers and cut Huntmaster.
Catastrophe isn't getting a lot of run -- it could go back in after I see how this Anthem/Honor try-out goes. I am running Goldmane and Spear. Steadfast isn't in.
Detension Sphere went out for Venser because 1.) We already have both O-Ring and Banishing Light and 2.) The Blink/Bounce package needed a PW. One guy specifically asked for him to be added.
I want to give Huntmaster a try-out, with the idea that both Xenagos and Sarkhan may be the final answer.

I don't like the cuts of Catastrophe, Kor Skyfisher, Detention Sphere or Sarkhan Vol from the last round of cuts, but especially not Catastrophe.
The new changes look mostly pretty good, but I wouldn't cut Sarcomancy.
Catastrophe (for ummm...), Skyfisher (for Cloistered Youth) and Sarkhan (for Huntmaster) will most likely go back in after some test runs. We need Venser for the Blink/Bounce package, and I'm sticking with Geist and Verdict as the other 2 Azorius cards (unless you can make a case for Sphere over one of those two).
Sarcomancy was the "pressure" cut. Not sure what else I would've cut for Entomb. I'm pretty much the only one that drafts it in BX Aggro.

The Rubber Edict - You'd rather have it and not use it, than need it and not have it. The Shotgun Wedding - Don't commit early unless you absolutely have to.
I'm not sure why a ton of people are backing Catastrophe here. It's very overcosted in either form and the only decks that play it are control decks. I'd rather just have another wrath or sweeper or whatever than a bad wrath / bad armageddon.
It's fine at doing what it does, but it's really not that special of a card. Six mana is a lot for either effect. I don't think versatility it provides is worth the extra two mana the vast majority of the time.
I would cut one of these cards for Sarcomancy:
Kokusho, the Evening Star
Tombstalker
Bane of the Living
Zombify (eww)
Contagion
Consuming Vapors
You have a lot of black control support in your cube, I think black aggro would probably be underpowered compared to the black control decks you can support, so I'd try to cut a more controlling card for Sarcomancy.
I think Catastrophe is one of white's best cards, and I think it's really special. Having a Wrath when you're losing and a 'Geddon when you're winning is amazing, and completely unique. It's well worth the extra cost for that kind of versatility.
Of that list of black cards, Contagion and Tombstalker would be the front runners. Consuming Vapors has swung too many games as has Bane. Zombify is part of the Reanimation package and Kokusho is straight pet card (we ran all 5 Kamigawa dragons at one point, Kokusho will always be the last one left).
Zombify is such weak reanimation though. I don't think it's worth it. I support reanimator in my cube an I'm not running it. It's not even next in line for reanimator.
As am I. But Golgari is probably the tightest Guild in the Cube (I actually think the PRs prove that, with Golgari getting the smallest number of cards nominated -- everyone plays the same ones ) -- and even then, Abrupt Decay and Deathrite Shaman would be in line as the next 2 best Golgari cards.
(in no particular order, so I listed them alphabetically)

OUT -> IN
Serendib Efreet -> Mulldrifter
Cyclonic Rift -> Capsize
Desertion -> Academy Ruins
(Rift wasn't at all what I expected. Capsize is much better. Ruins comes in for the Artifact package and Drifter just needed to be in.)
Gatekeeper of Malakir -> Shriekmaw
Rancid Earth (it stayed for 24 hours) -> Skinrender
(adding these two now is the setup for me to remove Go For the Throat when I get Entomb)
Prophetic Flamespeaker -> Goblin Ruinblaster
Gore-House Chainwalker -> Orcish Settlers
(adding these two enables a stronger Ponza package)
Oblivion Stone -> Erratic Portal
(O-Stone rarely gets drafted by choice, and gets played even less. With all the ETB creatures out there, Portal seems to be a much better Cube option at this point)
