This is a strong blue 2 drop. 2/1 flyer with flying and flash is a good baseline, and this can randomly draw a lot cards against a good amount of decks depending on how many cantrips you run. The activated ability being a 2 for 1 is also really good, although your opponent can kill it in response to break even.
The payoff, other than opponents' random draws, is obviously activating its ability on their turn.
However, note that if the faerie is killed before the ability resolves, you'll be paying 4 mana for a Temple Bell effect instead of 2 cards for you and 1 for them, making you feel like you're playing white in commander.
This becomes easier to abuse with the new Loran, though. Or Jace 1.0, if anyone's still cubing that card.
Seems pretty solid. Medium hopes, but I'll be testing it. Abilities triggering off of opponent drawing extra cards have always proved better than I intuited.

Not particularly good. But in matchups where you can trigger it's passive ability a lot, it's a must kill engine.
Works really well in draw/go decks. Can hold up countermagic, drop it at EOT. Then On turn 4, you can hold up instant speed interaction and draw cards if they don't do anything.
I think if this effect was in white, then I be all for it. But this really isn't what blue wants IMO.

This card has been playing well. Last night it completely shut-down my opponent's Sylvan Library and prevented them from cracking any Clues generated by Tireless Tracker.
I think it's one of blue's better 2-cmc creatures, up there with JVP / Snapcaster Mage. It has the best with its stats + flash, and its ceiling is quite high with its draw stealing ability. The combination of flash + flying is especially good against initiative / monarch. Speaking of monarch, this alone pretty much negates all the benefits of your opponent having monarch since you'll always get to draw off their trigger also.
Looks to be dropping in price. Does it have staying power?
It's got legs to stand on in Vintage / Legacy, not to mention is an EDH allstar. I think this has A LOT of staying power considering all its abilities will always be valuable where people are drawing cards all the time.
Just want to say that this has been great both in and against the two most dominant strategies in our cube, wheel and monarch. Its both an opponent draw enabler, and punisher in the ub wheel deck and is evens out the monarch effect and helps you get it easily due to flying / flash (flash especially makes this card great).
