Obviously a good card, but I'll play Devil's Advocate on this one. White Reclamation Sage has been on the wishlist since Reclamation Sage itself was printed, but then they printed Skyclave Apparition.
- While it's generally a better Reclamation Sage, this effect is generally less valuable in white. Green has the least interaction / removal out of any color, while white has all the removal in the world.
- Being in the same colors as Karakas / most blink effects is a nice bonus, although repeatable Disenchant effects can have severe diminishing returns compared to other repeat effects due to lack of targets.
- Cool with Hullbreacher and friends is a nice bonus.
never thought about hullbreacher applications though thats probably pretty niche. Solid card that I wouldn't think twice about if I saw in a list though I think this might be a 24th card a lot of the time.
In powered cube rec sage is a mid pick and this is even better.
Karakas abuse, blink Colors and in an emergency, the howling mine ability is nice to have.
Also a sweet combo with narset/hullbreacher.
I don’t agree that this effect is more important in green than white. Green has plenty of other strong disenchant effects and is a more proactive colour than white. Interaction matters in green, but is less important.
many cubes run vanilla disenchant in white but don’t run the strictly better variants in green.

IMO green's creature tutors is a big part of why Reclamation Sage has been a great cube card all these years for rounding out green's utility belt. While white has blink / Karakas on its side, I think green's creature-centric ecosystem makes more use of Reclamation Sage (tutors / Gaea's Cradle / Natural Order fodder / Birthing Pod / Hoof / crewing Esika's Chariot / etc).
It wasn't until recently that Green got access to cheap, non pure Naturalize effects like Boseiju / Pest Infestation / Foundation Breaker. While Boseiju and Pest Infestation are obviously great, their one glaring flaw is that they can't be found by green's creature tutors.

I've noticed a trend in a lot of cubes (even powered ones) that have abandoned Disenchant in favor of Prismatic Ending / Portable Hole. There's so much versatile removal these days that niche effects like pure Disenchant / Naturalize effects really aren't needed anymore to deal with problematic artifacts / enchantments.
White also has Recruiter of the Guard going on, and this is a nice extra toolbox target for its pool. Not to mention that white's decks tend to be able to get more out of the 2/1 body (thanks to anthems, equipment and the like) than green's decks can.
But luckily, I don't have to play just Sage or Loran. I can play both! Green can have Sage for a toolbox card, creature tutors, Natural Order, etc. and white can have Loran to interact with Karakas, be a target for Recruiter, and blink with Resto/Flickerwisp and the like. I can have my cake and eat it too!
Card looks awesome imo, might just cut The Restoration of Eiganjo (or maybe even a non-3 drop card) for this.
People already mentioned Karakas and card draw denian effects, but I like that this makes now-useless hand attack spells more useful late in the game. Eot activate this, then do it again on your turn, then pull the trigger on your turn 6 Thoughtseize. More cute than anything but does offer another tangible use for the ability that isn't a danger to yourself.
My experience with Rankle showed me that there are many board states where even the agressive deck wants to activate an ability like this.
There are times when you are behind, or are looking for a critical spell/land drop and your opponent is tapped out that an extra card can be a big deal.
My cut is probably White Plume Adventurer. I don't think initiative is an overly complex card, but its really becoming borderline problematic given the number of times we had to show new drafter the Undercity Dungeon.

White gets its Rec Sage and it's a doozy!
Vigilance, works with Karakas, works with Hullbreacher.
Seems great.

In white I'd honestly rather have Inspiring Overseer.
- Drawing a card / gaining life is always useful where a Disenchant can be a dud, especially with blink effects.
- Flying > vigilance generally speaking.
- One-sided card draw makes white more well rounded than another removal spell would.
