Let's compare this to Looter Il-Kor. Assuming you are only attacking with one creature, this hits twice as hard but has a weaker effects on the first hits and stronger effects after a while. I predict that the left side of Lost Mine is the standard path to take, though notably Yuan-Ti Malison can still function as a discard outlet through Veils of Fear (but you have to wait for the second attack to get it), and can ramp you to a 5-drop on turn 4 with Mine Tunnels. Yuan-Ti Malison can also block effectively. Overall, I think Yuan-Ti Malison is stronger as long as you are attacking with only it every turn. If you are in a game state where you want to attack with everything else, it is worse, but you can still hold it back and hope to block something with it.
Looter Il-Kor is a good card and still in many cubes, so I think this card is worth testing.
I like that this is a snake for non-cube reasons. Part of looters appeal is the looting. This is a good card though. It can solo a dungeon on its own, and an unblockable sword/jitte carrier is nice.
I'm instantly reminded why I don't like the dungeon mechanic as I try to figure out what this does when it hits. Unable to remember, I'm forced to look it up. I just want the cards to say what they do.
For reference:
Again, it looks like what you're really after is that goblin buddy. In all dungeoneering, the coveted treasure is a 1/1 goblin. This gets there fast, and if it does, it's super worth the investment. The ability to do lots of other things is obviously crucial in-game, and it will feel a lot different with these on the field from analyzing in a vacuum.
Looter Il-Kor is an interesting comparison, but I think the two will play very dissimilarly. Just being a 2/1 versus a 1/1 makes attacking very different, not to mention the weirdness of the dungeon.
2/1 unblockable (a lot of the time) for 2 is already a pretty good floor. Then we have on hit scry 1, then make a 1/1, then make this creature a 3/2 unblockable, then draw a card, as the default choice. This, I think, will make me test the dungeon mechanic, likely over Looter-il-kor until I finish up testing Seagate Stormcaller.
Being able to block is really nice compared to il-kor. Not cracking the smallest most powerful lists but I think this will be worth a test in most environments.
It’s unfortunate that you can’t go treasure into +1/+1 counter.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.

i think what Sliver Lord said is the most relevant part of this card, that you can actually block w/ it. that being said, i'm not sure that the majority of the effects that you get as you move thru the dungeon, other than the last room of the mad mage, are better than the average cards ur running in your deck, that you could potentially draw off just attacking w/ Looter il-Kor. & as IMorphling89 alrdy said, Looter il-kor is useful in reanimator shells. not saying its bad or that i hate it, just thinking about it thru the "looter lens", since that was the card it was being compared to.
I think the comparison to Looter il-Kor is a bit weird. I still play Looter at 360, and love the card. But I play it mainly because it is the second best looter (in my opinion). This card is an evasive beater with some value when it connects, it isn't a looter. The two cards play very different roles, and there are plenty of decks I play looter il-kor where this would be completely uninteresting.
On an unrelated note, I think people are overrating the evasion slightly. In a tempo shell, especially UR or UW, attack alone is often a steep cost and I think this card will play worse than it looks in many cases.
