I don't expect most people to be interested, but I'm a fan of Deathsprout, and this looks like a worthwhile variant. It's nothing earth-shattering, but I'll probably play it. Since it's a guild card, it'll probably stay out of all but larger cubes, good or no. Still a damn good card, and worth looking at.
This is a solid spell, but I think it's either 1 mana or 1 card short of cracking most sections. If the 3rd ability fetched a Swamp or gave you a Raise Dead/Regrowth or something, it would probably be super close. But 4 mana for a 1-for-1 removal spell is a pretty fair rate since you have to wait 2 more turns to be able to use the land it grabs you, and the deathtouch ability can be kinda lackluster in a lot of spots.
This is strong for an uncommon. Very Vraska, Golgari Queen-ish in terms of function: blows something up, gain some value. High powered cubs are better off with other removal spells, but this is solid for peasant / budget cubes.
The last ability needed to be better; as wtwlf said, a Regrowth, Reanimate, or even token generator would've possibly put it over the edge. I also wish the middle ability could get a Swamp or Forest. Good card but just not quite up to snuff in one of the most stacked guilds.
