It's Vinelasher Kudzu that also gains flying whenever a land ETBs.
In an aggressive deck, if you land this on 2 and make the two following land drops, you've hit for 5 in the air, more if either of them was a fetchland, and are left with a really threatening creature. Even if you topdeck the card, it is bad only if you aren't holding lands and are on the defence or your next draw is also a nonland. If you have Undiscovered Paradise, this card is insane no matter when you draw it.
This kind of reminds me of a level up creature. While you don't have to commit mana to it, which is a big plus, its starting stats are pretty low and its a bad late-game topdeck. Played early, it's likely to become a must-answer for very low mana cost though. Not sure if I can make room, but it's the kind of card I could see exceeding expectations.
I like this a lot more than Vinelasher Kudzu, since I often encountered the issue that an on-curve Kudzu couldn't profitably attack without being chumped or trading. The addition of flying does a lot to circumvent that. Might give it a spin.
Upgraded Vinelasher Kudzu is cool, but Luminarch Aspirant seems to do everything both this and Vinelasher Kudzu wants to do, but with a higher level of consistency and able to support other creatures.

The card seems great to me.
