+1: Up to one target creature gets +3/+3 and gains trample until end of turn.
-2: Create a 3/3 green Beast creature token. Then if an opponent controls more creatures than you, put a loyalty counter on Garruk, Unleashed.
-7: Create an emblem with “At the beginning of your end step, you may search your library for a creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.”

I'm surprised this doesn't have a thread already. New Garruk looks pretty decent. I imagine most of the time it will come down and make a Beast to protect itself. Over time, it will either beatdown hard (+3/+3 and trample is big) or accrue more beaters.

It's fine. I like the other two 4 mana Garruks better, let alone other planeswalkers and 4 mana cards. In the world were Elspeth Knight Errant defined the model for PWs I think this is fine, but it is not really where I want to be anymore. I think I like the 4 mana vivien better but it has a nasty triple green.

That said for those who are big into call of the Herd and other cards that give you multiple decent bodies out of one card you can do worse than -2,-2 on this bad boy. Late game being able to drop this as a pump spell is not bad either.

I was thinking as an aggro topper this would hit really hard, too. Testing this at 540.

Looks like a good Garruk for aggressive shells, but I think this is the 3rd best 4cc Garruk overall.

I agree but at 540 I'm going to try and make space for all of them.

While I think power down PW's is probably good for the game, these "have to have a board to be good" PW's are not what I want in cube unless they are crazy pushed, and this one isn't. OG garruk and relentless are both just much better IMO.

I like this garruk a lot in an aggressive green deck that’s not bad in a ramp deck.

+3/+3 haste/trample is a pretty strong clock that adds another angle of attack through/wrath and spot removal.

reminds me quite a bit of 1GGG Vivien with more palatable mana. Slightly lower power level.

Problem is that most of my heavy green decks are ramped based, and the multicolour Agro green decks have other great alternatives at 4.

I May test this out over relentless for variety.

Should play out somewhat similar to elspeth knight errant in worse colours for the effects.

Both +1 is evasion + 3 damage. Trample worse than flying but not by much.

-2 for a 3/3 instead of +1 for a 1/1. Elspeth better for defense, Garruk better for offence.

Very good ultimates but not unbeatable. Garruk ultimates faster but can’t ultimate while protecting himself.

Looks a bad green version of Elspeth Knight-Errant.

Also, a lot of folks out here underestimated Vivien, Arkbow Ranger, but I think the later is better. The permanent buff, the fight and the wish are a great combinaison, especially if you care about +1/+1 counters synergies.
