Creature - Human Rogue (R)
When Agent of Treachery enters the battlefield, gain control of target permanent.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control three or more permanents you don't own, draw three cards.

This card seems busted to me. EtB effect that steals permanents. Recurring Nightmare anyone?
It's a neat reanimation target, but it's meh if you're playing 7 for it. It would need a 5/5 flying body attached to it for me to be happy paying 7 for this effect.
I think if the second ability was two permanents, or if there were more control magic effects in cube, I would run it. A permanent confiscate on a body seems legit.

The problem with this card is that it needs Recurring Nightmare to be worth it, IMO. Cheating it into play early with reanimation effects is whatever since your opponent typically won't have anything worth stealing turn 1 or 2 and traditional Control Magic are just better overall because of their cost.
I might play this. I want you to have to jump through a few hoops for a payoff like this offers, especially if you have any kind of recursion engine. It seems like a fun card to draft around, and a cool ramp/cheat target for blue.

Ever-Expanding "Just throw it in" cube.
Reanimating + blinking and revilark shenagins is what comes to my mind.
Unfortunately a bit too fair as a good stuff hard cast target and a bit narrow to support.
I’d love this card in a tier 2 cube that supports blink
