Flux Channeler2U
Creature- Human Wizard
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, proliferate.

This is an archetype specific card, but absolutely a powerful one. Obviously if anybody is building a superfriends archetype (which will be very possible following this set,) this is a card for that, but it is also a decent engine for general proliferation.
Not every cube is interested in that, but some are. There are more applications for proliferate than are worth mentioning. Thrummingbird has been playable here, and adding more proliferate will only make it better.
This card is immensely powerful, but pretty narrow. It compares with Guttersnipe, which provides a more tangible benefit, and works in more decks. I think this is better if you build your deck around it, but I don't the deck you end up with as a whole is better than the Guttersnipe deck.
They left out the part where Yawgmoth is resurrected, but has been cleansed as Yawgmoth the Redeemed, and now must awaken Chromium so that Karn can fuse with him and create what can only be known as : the ultimate taco.
I am going to enjoy this in other formats but not in my cube. I don't have a +1/+1 counter theme and I don't run enough walkers to justify a card like this.
Very cool card though, I could see some lower power cubes finding room.

It has to show up early enough to get to the board before your noncreature spells start flowing.
It has to live.
You've got to have at least one thing worth proliferating.
That thing has to live too.
It probably doesn't do much on the first proliferate, since it won't affect the spell you used to trigger it.
And how many noncreature spells are you likely to have packed into your cube deck in the first place?
Building around this in constructed is way more appealing to me than trying to give it a home in my cube.
Very cool card though, I could see some lower power cubes finding room.
