Probably the 3rd best aggro red 3-cmc creature after Goblin Rabblemaster / Hanweir Garrison, this creature is quite strong since it triggers for any warrior.
It reminds me of Mardu Strike Leader, which has been fine, but unremarkable here. What might give this a bump over is the fact that your tokens also make tokens on future attacks, but in my experience, Mardu Strike Leader seldom gets to attack more than once. Tribal synergy is a bigger part of this lady's chances than it normally would be.
I enjoy the five-color ability, and I love playing five colors, but a three-drop that wants to attack is hardly a natural fit for a five-color deck. The lifelink is the most important part there, as that's the bit that will save you if you're down, but it relies on a board presence that can be hard to set up in that kind of deck.
Giving attacking creatures haste would be redundant anywhere else, so that's amusing.
Wow, this is awesome. Probably not Rabblemaster or Garrison good, but I'll happily play this. I expect the 5 color ability to happen like 2% of the time so its pretty much flavor text, but I don't care. 1 token, 3 tokens, 7 tokens, ect. Great beater!
I'm not 100% sold just yet. Rabblemaster has an immediate impact and crashes in for big damage on its first swing (it's attacked for 7 by the time this is attacking for 4), and Garrison can swing into 2-power blockers with impunity. I picture this trading off in combat a lot, and maybe just leaving you with a 1/1 token for your efforts. For each time this is a Goblin Rabblemaster, it'll spend an equal amount of time as a Deathbloom Thallid. In Worldknit decks that can regularly trigger the activated ability, it's probably great. But I'm not sold on it as a mono-red card just yet. Not without a decent amount of Warrior tribal in your deck, at least.
I wish she was a 2/2 first strike or menace so you'd be more likely to get multiple swings. She can put out a lot of damage, but she's easily held off by a blockers. I'm not sure she's good enough, but I'm not sure she's not.
We have come a long way with red 3 drops. I do think this is the 3rd best on the aggressive side and it tickles the token them in red.
I will have to check my warrior count, I actually tried it as a theme but even thought the cards all worked fine, there wasn't enough pay-off for the signaling. For those interested Blood-Chin Rager and Chief of the Edge are the best two to promote the deck and work great by themselves. Metallic Mimic also seems like a dynamite combination.
This is a shoe in to try but I am having a hard time seeing it being forever.
I'm thinking of giving this a shot over Pia Nalaar. How do you guys think those two compare? If not her, then maybe it's time to say goodbye to Hero of Oxid Ridge?
The WUBRG ability here is mostly flavor text for our purposes, but it's also a bit of a challenge. I can see a Rakdos or Boros aggro deck that's also playing enough rainbow lands to see it happen every now and then. We also have Worldknit and it's a pretty popular pick here.

Wanted to expand my thought process on this card.
In a mono-red list with zero warriors, I agree she is a significant step down from Rabble master and hanweir garrison. If they have blockers you cannot push past, the card loses a lot of value... There a lot of random 2/2 creatures in cube that makes this significant. Very similar to rabblemaster in that regard, but at a lower damage output. The best player in our cube group is confident that hanweir is > than rabblemaster, and it's all due to the 3 toughness for pushing past blockers.
However, like rabblemaster , she still wins the game quickly by herself unopposed. Rabblemasters unopposed, self contained damage output is the highest in the cube by a solid margin for any 3 drop . Najeela's is still impressive.
Like rabblemaster, she will do much better in a deck that contains a lot of removal/burn, than a deck with a lot of non-warrior creatures... as pushing her damage through without dying is essential.
Conclusion:
If you have only a couple warriors in mardu colors, and never see 5 color agro, not testing her @540- is reasonable.
If 30+% of your red agro decks contain 3-4+ cheap warriors, those numbers I listed above improve dramatically and she starts to approach rabblemaster quality. In a cube with 5 color warrior tribal support , she might be the best 3 drop agro creature out there .
I don't disagree with any of that, but I think she's worse than Rabblemaster and Garrison, and I don't think I need a 3rd card of that ilk in my 450 list. At 540+, I'd probably give her some extended testing. But in my (albeit limited) testing with her so far, she hasn't been as good as the existing options. If she was a 2/3, I'd very likely be cubing with her.
I'm definitely intrigued by 4-5 colors Collected Company list featuring this one! Thanks LucidVision for bringing that point!
Other than that, I think the card is pretty solid on its own. The comparaison between her and Pia Nalaar is on point as well. My guess is that Pia is more reliable, but has a lower ceiling. Najeela for its part is great if the board is clear for a few turns and has the nuts potential of the 5 colors activated ability. Pia is also desirable for the artifact deck, so it's take in consideration as well.

Seems cool, what's the relevant warrior list? Purphoros gets another tool that starts going off the turn you play him.
