Interesting card. I think the RRR in the casting cost will make her a little hard to cast for the Jeskai spells matters decks that will want her the most. In cubes that are still running a few Fireball effects, her first ability can be quite strong, in addition to value it can have in Wildfire shells. I really wish her second ability was a Looting effect rather than a Rummaging effect, especially considering how she's going to resolve at the back end of the curve. But both of her abilities push her towards a very powerful ultimate. And decks saturated with spells can make incredible use of it. Might be worth testing out, especially if your playgroup likes to go deep on the spells.dec.
It's interesting, but it's a little too heavy red for the deck that would prob want it. I'm already running Kiki as well and don't really want another RRR card. If I could the mana on anything I'd like it a lot more, but it's going to feel really *****ty when you don't want either option and I don't think that's super unlikely.
RRR is harsh and her +1 only fueling instants and sorceries is limiting. Honestly I’d rather play Bedlam Reveler as a Spells Matters curvetopper. Sure she has some Wildfire / Upheaval applications, but they already have plenty of support.
I could conceive of a hypothetical deck where she is amazing, but that deck is very hard to assemble and IMO she will ride the sideboard way too often to be worth include. You really need to be able to protect her to generate value. The ultimate is where it's at and if she can't get to it, she will way under-perform other 5 drops. Awsome with earthquake type sweepers and fireballs.

This is a dreadful planeswalker for cube IMO. By the time you can cast her you really want her to be able to protect herself if you're behind on board, and she just doesn't do a single thing for the board at all, unless you have a removal spell in hand that you can cast with her +1. If I'm trying to filter my hand, Dack Fayden is infinitely better and is usually easier to cast/costs 3 mana. 4-mana Chandra embarrasses this card IMO.
