Young Pyromancer / Guttersnipe hybrid. What makes this interesting is that Archer triggers off any non-creature spell and not just instants / sorceries. Not sure if 1 damage is enough, but this does have decent Spells Matters applications and maybe Storm wants this?
Seems interesting. There's a lot of damage output potential, like if my 2 drop does 3-5 damage in a game on top of their combat damage that's pretty great. However, being a Piker at its base kinda sucks and makes me a little less exciting. Young Pyromancer gets away with it as threats tend to be better than pings for a lot of reasons even if it triggers less, but it may not fly for this dude even with the Monastery Mentor-esque version of the trigger.
