Shuffle your library, then exile the top four cards. You may cast any number of them with converted mana cost 5 or less from among them without paying their mana costs. Land you control don't untap during your next untap step.
I'm not sure how competitive this is, but it at least looks fun. A bit of a shame that it doesn't let you play lands (although that would go against the spirit of the cycle), but the variance on this thing could either be great or terrible, and if you're a gambler, this could be a cute addition if you're playing exactly midrange (since Wildfire itself is a whiff).
CMC 5 or less to prevent it chaining into itself, nice one WOTC.
I wish it dug deeper like Collective Company / Fact or Fiction. Definitely a fun card, but 6 mana is a lot for a random effect. This might have some use in a cube that supports Storm as a second Mind's Desire.
The effect is fun and I can definitely see why they put in the cmc restriction, but I wish it would dig a little deeper. Like 5 or 6 cards instead of 4. As is, the chance of not getting your worth back is rather high.
It feels like this set is full with interesting cards that miss out due to being a bit too underpowered for a traditional cube.
Lots of cards here have awesome effects but seem needed, cost-wise. It's kind of frustrating to watch them waste cool designs on overcosted cards.

Yeah, this card is pretty impractical, but it does look to be pretty damn fun. I'll likely try it, but the combination of the cost an unreliability make it unlikely to be a permanent addition. Still, the effect is bonkers.
If I was looking to include a "fun" roulette type card like this one, I'd probably throw Chaos Warp back in first. It provides that same sort of "drum roll... what'd he reveal?" effect, while also being just a decent catch all for problems. This card could be amazing and broken, or it could just hit three lands and a Bolt. At least Chaos Warp answered a threat or attempted to anyway.

Maybe she lets you cast 4 cards because she's casting one card for each of the other 4 gods. She can hit all of the other gods' Last spells, and that would be a blowout, but that's probably a discussion for another format (and also a lot of questions regarding deck design).
God DAMNIT wizards. We couldn't get a pushed burn spell? Uggghhhh.
I get more excited during Commander precon and Conspiracy preview season for stuff like this. Wizards wants standard to be about creatures bashing into planeswalkers.

Assuming we're talking of cubes that don't support Storm, I don't see this as competitive OR "fun". It's a cheaty card that doesn't do the one thing that cheaty cards should be able to do, the one thing that makes them both competitive and "fun" in the "woah, dude" kind of way, which is to cast big spells or put creatures with ridiculous mana costs on the battlefield EARLY. This has the possibility of putting midrange stuff into play late-ish. Sure it might cheat on mana by casting several smaller spells, but you can't really even rig your deck to support that goal as much as with other cheaty cards.
Yeah I like wonky cards as much as the next guy, but the floor on this is a bit scary-bad. I think this would be fun in a lower-powered environment where the other cards aren't so efficiently ruthless that an overall miss from this won't auto-lose you the game.
As someone who runs storm though, I honestly might try it. This would be the card you cast the turn you're going off, and outside of like Mind's Desire/Yawgmoth's Bargain and any fatty like Griselbrand that deck may run, this should hit and cast every card you want to hit and cast in that deck. I know that directly contradicts my last paragraph to a degree, but I imagine most cubes don't support storm and wouldn't want this. But having a card that seems *great* in that archetype and could be great in just generic red decks that want to cast 6 mana spells is kind of super appealing.
This bad. Either needed to dig deeper or cast big stuff, although I'm sure that would have broken it for constructed. As is, you're drawing and casting 2.5 random spells for 6 mana, and you lose your next untap on those lands.

Well, and Mind's Desire can cast spells that cost 6+ mana for free ...this spell cannot.
Edit: And Mind's Desire doesn't "echo" away all your resources for the following turn either.
