I'm not the biggest fan of Mirror Entity, mostly because go-wide decks have plenty of other help in my cube. This seems pretty good. I like the idea of giving white control another tool, especially one at lower CMC. I'll at least consider this thing. I could also do without World Queller, looking at my list, though that's an old pet of mine.

I do not want too many 1WW costing cards. Brimaz, Flickerwisp, Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Mirran Crusader and Silverblade Paladin all seem better. However, Exalted Angel seems like a fitting cut.
Awesome stats. Wouldnt fault anyone for running this but I don't know if I'll be able to find a cut, even at 540. Still, I really like low cost stat monsters... Maybe I'll test it.
Comparing this to mirror entity is tough, that card has pretty much zero stats and wins games out of nowhere. This card has great stats and will grind out victories.
Solid stat monster, but white's 3's are really good. It's a borderline 540, IMO. I think I like Nighthawk more too, since it trades up in combat and offsets black's lifeloss.
No way this cracks my 465's white section, the competition is just too stiff. Also, as tempting as it is to compare this with Vampire Nighthawk vigilance does a lot less on a 2/3 than deathtouch does.

450 card Peasant cube thread. Draft it here.
I play 15 white three drops (some you might not count as 3 drops in your cube's curve but still) and those two have not survived to be among them. So yes, they are good cuts for this. Frontline Medic is worse.

I agree with this. I do not think 540 would have the space for it, perhaps not 630 either. Fills no necessary function.
On the flipside, I'm surprised to not see MORE positive comments about this creature. Nighthawk is generally better against bigger creatures (though not always as in a racing situation this can both attack AND block in one turn cycle, netting more life, but usually leaving the opponents threat still in play). Where this really shines though is against a more swarm-style board from the opponent, loaded with 2/x creatures or smaller. In those situations this card attacks every turn while holding back 2-3 creatures outside of alpha strike situations. White 3's are indeed VERY competitive, but this is one of the better ones and shouldn't be so quickly dismissed.
I think the difference there is that lifelink is already great against swarm aggro. So diversifying your abilities (like the Nighthawk does) to be useful against a wider range of threats I think is more important. Plus, white is already loaded with great lifegain cards, and doesn't have any lifeloss to offset. Meaning that the abilities are more needed in black than in white. And the competition is more fierce. And Nighthawk is already towards the bottom end of playable 3s in black as it is...
This is a good creature. That's a lot of abilities and good stats for a 3cc card. BUT, I think the cards it's competing against are better, and even though Nighthawk still barely makes it ...it's for all the differences I outlined above.
I do not want too many 1WW costing cards. Brimaz, Flickerwisp, Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Mirran Crusader and Silverblade Paladin all seem better. However, Exalted Angel seems like a fitting cut.
I'd chop Crusader and Paladin way before Exalted Angel.
This card is neat, but will likely just miss my cube.
They do not serve the same role. Exalted Angel is just an aggro hoser, so is Aerial Responder. They are both way worse in aggressive decks than the other two cards listed, the decks that most 1WW drops will see play at. Paladin inflicts damage the turn you cast him and attacks for 4 with no further mana investment by itself. Crusader attacks for 4 as well but with removal resilience and partial evasion. Both have immense synergies with equipment and anthem effects which are prevalent in white weenie.
Exalted Angel is a worse blocker the turn you play her and is a bad tempo play if she is removed after the flip before damage. But she might still be better, which just shows how unimpressive Aerial Responder is.
Aerial Responder definitely isn't a top tier 3-drop, but it's very playable, it's just nowhere near the top of the 3-drop creature section in white.
Cards I'd rank above Aerial Responder:
- Blade Splicer
- Brimaz
- Eldrazi Displacer (assuming you support colorless)
- Flickerwisp
- Hallowed Spirit Keeper
- Monastery Mentor
- Recruiter of the Guard
- Thalia, Heretic Cathar
Cards I'd rank about equal to Aerial Responder
- Mirran Crusader
- Soltari Champion
- Mirror Entity
Cards I'd rank below Aerial Responder
- Silverblade Paladin (I expect this to spark many arguments)
- Fiendslayer Paladin
- Frontline Medic
I'm going to test it just because I'm in the market for some life gain cards and this definitely fits the bill. I don't expect it to stand the test of time, but I think it's worth a spin.

How does this dwarf compares with white's other 3-drops?

I think this is way above Fiendslayer Paladin / Frontline Medic and about on par with Mirror Entity.
