It's a Juggernaut with trample and haste! At least, the turn it comes into play it is. There are enough good aggro curve-toppers in aggressive colors that this doesn't seem necessary, but it might be worth trying for anyone who's not happy with their Masticores anymore.

This ain't a bad card but I don't think aggro really needs too much help in the aggressive 4-drop department. Being colorless is nice though and this is a good way to force through damage to planeswalkers.
I think I still like the Masticores more. Without other creatures on the board, it's effectively a Skizzik without the kicker.
Except it's colorless. And can be activated later. Seems dramatically better than an unkicked Skizzik.
An empty board is actually a great time to lay this down, because if you have any gas left you can tap them when they're summoning sick for the most value.

I like this card, too. A colorless Ball Lightning variant. Or Skizzik variant, since that one matches both cmc and body size. The big plus - aside from being colorless - is that you can easily "buy" more attacks after the first one. That makes it better than most similar creatures. A 2-drop on turn five is not that exiting, but if you have cast Fleetwheel Cruiser the turn before, you can use your new small guy to immediately crew that Vehicle.*
Also, while red has multiple hasty 4- and 5-drops, other colors have not. So I can see non-red aggro decks picking this thing up to get in some surprise attacks.
* Never thought that I would use the term "crew that Vehicle" when talking about a Magic card... and have it be actual rules terminology, too.

This is a really good point, and the fact that it's colorless makes the 5-power hastiness even more of a surprise. I could see this card shining in an Orzhov aggro deck.

This card really intrigues me as well. Turning your turn 5 Diregraf Ghoul into a juggernaut seems really strong. I really really loooooove what this set is trying to do!

It's also really important that it turns that turn one Diregraf Ghoul into a juggernaut once the board is stalled. The crew mechanic keeps smaller creatures relevant on a gummed-up board.

I think I'll probably err on the side of testing too many vehicles rather than being stingy with my includes. I want to get as much data as possible to evaluate this new mechanic.

You make a salient point. Partially because I was thinking of it in the wrong archetype. I'll put new thought into it and see what I come up with.
What I like most about vehicles is that there's no mana investment, meaning it's pretty easy to Crew up a vehicle and then slap an equipment on it or something.
I'm looking forward to all the Pimp My Ride jokes to be cracked.

been doing some playtesting with this card and so far i am really impressed. several times it comes in hits for 5 and then a late game 1 drop 2/1 will turn it on and get in for extra. crew 2 seems quite consistant, but in my testing the skyship crew 3 was either inconsistent or inefficient.
fleetwheel is looking like a solid include for me as of right now as I just cut my colourless matters package and he fills in nicely as a kind of mini reality smasher with the 5 hasty damage and resistance to removal.

Lol, Elephants in boots where funny yesterday, now we have elephants in boots cruising around in cars. Give me some gun equipments so I can have them do drive-by-shootings, please!
I like this card but 4 mana is a pretty crowded spot in most colours. I really wanted to add at least one Vehicle... I wonder if this or the skyship is the better addition, Crew 3 seems much harder to pull off though.

I'm the same way, I want one vehicle for my "museum" effect, I think this is going to be the one. I'm just glad that it isn't a stretch like the Bruna and Gisela combo.
I've been thinking about this card and I think I'm going to try it out. I like the mechanic and think this card is nice as aggro curve topper in any color. Could especially help out green aggro.

This was great for me today in testing. I got to see this, the skysovereign, and the copter in action and this one seemed to provide the highest value on average. I am probably going to give all three of the vehicles extended testing but I expect this one to stick around the longest. Turning your 2/xs into 5/3s with evasion is pretty great, no surprise.
