Kiki-Jiki hasn't seen enough play for us, so this should give the creature-based combo decks a better chance. Plays well with various tribal synergies as well, and looks like a good value play in general. I think this has a permanent home in my cube.
Also good with Reveillark and for people who have included both halves of emerge cards. Many synergies do care about the order of casting of the creatures however (Flickerwisp and Thragtusk as an example). I do not play Kiki-Jiki but do have Restoration Angel and Zealous Conscripts so this card is a good reason to try the legendary goblin.
However I still think SB's most common use will be to ensure consistent curves. Just name your weakest two drop and Brimaz. Especially good for white weenie too as they are more reliant on curving out and have less card advantage. It will also be used to chain a mana elf and Courser of Kruphix and the like. While some pairings are poor (Hornet Queen and a mana elf for example), you are still basically getting +1 card per cast, which has nearly twice the chance of triggering than normal hidden agenda cards, and the drawn card is basically guaranteed to be better than a random draw. It is hard to see any deck with two or more creatures in its main deck skipping this, virtually 100% of the field. Even for decks with a lone creature in their list get a huge incentive to pack a second body when they have this conspiracy.
Very strong even if you aren't using it to fetch a combo - it gives two of your creatures a cantrip of sorts and/or doubles the chance of hitting your centrepiece like Braids, Rofellos... or just an extra 2/1 drop to get the aggro going.
This is good in decks with 2+ creatures. This is a really, really good card and a really, really good sign for this set.
Don't forget: conspiracies are free cards for your deck. Other than not having enough playables--which in my personal experience is really rare in cube in general unless you're drafting all the colors--you can almost always afford to take, draft & play a conspiracy.
Kind of a scary power level here. Now you don't even need to include tutors to make your creature combo deck work, you just play one and find the other. Even outside of that, though, this card seems great. It's not too hard to find creatures that play well together even if they're not part of a combo: dorks and ramp targets, blinkers and ETB creatures, sacrifice creatures and graveyard synergy effects. I can't wait to try this out in my peasant cube, but I feel like adding it to a regular cube might make things a little too easy on combo players.
Apart from the crappy times where you already have the second creature in your hand, this basically makes your best creature read "when you cast this, draw your second best creature) and your 2nd best creature read "when you cast this, draw your best creature." This is a slam dunk for anyone who's running conspiracies.
Too bad that it is an agenda card that requires written notes. Not for my cube.
Are written notes that much of a killer? We just write on a rolling skin (or a piece of whatever paper I'm tracking life on) and slip in into the sleeve just before you shuffle up. Or are you just that strongly against notes? Seem like a silly reason to exclude such awesome cards for another 10 seconds of work but that's just my opinion.
To me, it is. For two decades, written notes have always been an option in Magic. Cards like the agenda conspiracies make them mandatory. I like how my cube is just cards and dice. And I want it to stay that way.

I think the most often correct play will be to name your strongest and weakest creatures. I usually name my weakest creatures with the old hidden agendas. I do not get extra points for overkill, but I want to make weak hands more powerful.

Seems better to name your best two creatures so you can have a lights-out 1-2 punch no matter which you draw. Naming your weakest creature has some merit, but I find it's better to choose the best option for that specific conspiracy in your deck versus shoring up your worst.

Whichever one you're doing, the power level is great =D
Powerful effect for those that run Conspiracy packages, seems particularly dumb with Kiki-Jiki.
