The most obvious comparison is Willbender. I don't know if the better body outwieghs muddle the mixture vs misdirection. I think they compete for the same slot in smaller cubes, at least.
Looking at my list I still have Vaporkin there, and this not only is strictly better from a creature perspective but it also has the Morph option... looks solid (at least for larger Cubes).
Given that I support blue tempo in my cube, this is an extremely easy include. Strictly better than all current 2/1 fliers, with a great morph ability that rewards you with a fantastic body.
Definitely an exciting card. It has several advantages over Willbender, which is already close to being cubeable:
1) It has a worthwhile tempo body hardcast
2) It generally affects a larger group of spells, hitting untargeted instants/sorceries (though not auras, which are rare, or targeted abilities, which is a bit of a downside)
3) It leaves behind a much more worthwhile body when flipped up

I cut Willbender many years ago, but for the reasons that Wildfire393 mentioned, Stratus Dancer is quite a bit better. Plus, blue has very few cubable 2-drops and I also gave blue tempo decks a few nods recently (like bringing Edric, Spymaster of Trest back). Lastly, more cubable morphs are nice, since it makes the guessing game relevant. I have a facedown creature and two mana up - is this a good opportunity to kill that Sagu Mauler or is it a trap to counter the removal spell wtih Stratus Dancer?
I love morph and run as many as possible--heck, it was only this month I finally upgraded Zoetic Cavern into Mutavault. This is a slam dunk in my cube... So happy.
This is really fun. The body for 2 is actually OK (see Mistral Charger et al.) and five mana staggered for a 3/2 flier and a utility counterspell is pretty funky. It's a shame it's not a Wizard for more Voidmage Prodigy shenanigans. I hope we get some other cubeable morphs, since there are a few on the fringe for me at the moment (Exalted Angel, Sagu Mauler) that could jump in together.

How've you liked Voidmage Prodigy? (speaking of which)
(I also do like how Stratus Dancer helps the blue tempo decks have a counterspell vs Wraths, although those kinds of tempo decks typically aren't necessarily starving for counters.)
Decent. Sometimes Voidmage Prodigy is a total lock out, sometimes just a bad 2/1. Though there are just so many Wizards around in U and B. He's just a pet card really (as one of my all time favourite cards) but in the right tempo deck, he's one of the best creatures you can get, especially with things like Grim Haruspex, Flesh Carver and Glen Elendra Archmage. The cross-human synergy is nice too (i.e. Xathrid Necromancer, on two levels). The cost is a bummer but is a plus for Thassa and Master (if you run those). The incidental Wizards are enough that I've been tempted to slam a Patron Wizard in (who is annoying enough alone, but just brutal with one other Wizard in play), but really we don't like CCC cards much so it's probably a no-go.
Ultimately it's maybe a bit too cute, but he has an 'oops-I-win' factor from time to time when you realise you can protect an advantageous board state by just holding some up mana and playing cheap creatures you would have played anyway and saccing them for value.
This seems very, very testable although it suffers from the problem most morphs in cube do - there are so few morphs that your opponent will always know what it is. Still, the 2/1 flyer half of the card is perfectly respectable, and playing it on 5 to keep your opponent from wrathing or something is also going to be fine some games.

I'm actually considering bringing in Willbender, Voidmage Prodigy, and Stratus Dancer together. Their abilities are different enough that you can't really depend on knowing exactly what you're facing, which seems interesting to me.
Slam include for me. I love blue tempo, and he fits right in.
Had to rush to this part of MTGS to confirm I wasn't the only person thinking this is big. I love it for all the reasons you say. It also works for blue control as just another versatile critter + counterspell. At worst, this thing is a decent flyer for 1U.

I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.
This guy is on my watch list. Solid stats for the price and a relevant morph ability. On a side note, Megamorph is the most phoned in ability name ever. Might as well be Supermorph.
Kinda cool. A blue Mystral Charger with a significant upside will be playable in a few decks. I'd be interested in seeing how this card plays out for folks that run it. I'd definitely be interested if I was trying out a Morph package still. I'll keep it on my radar for the day when a deeper Morph suite returns to my cube.
I'm also trying to figure out if there are really enough cards for a decent Morph / Manifest / Facedown Shenanigans subtheme, but as of right now you still have to run too many narrow cards in order to get it to work well.

I'm a bit disappointed they didn't go all-in with the cheesy name and use one of those terrible puns from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, like Morphenomenal.
I have some random morph cards in my Cube, not enough to consider a package but this could be the start of something. Maybe it's too cute but this is the kinda card I like. It may get worse over time as people see it coming hence requiring a larger suite of morphs, but I am definately going to test it out and see if morph could be something that sees a little more support.
Looks really cool and happens to be a 2/1 flyer for 1U with the option to counter spells and get a 3/2 flyer. This looks playable?

It has good basic stats and I like the countering more then Willbenders Deflection ability.
Will definitely be tested (if we can find a card to cut in blue).
