This is a card that really hasn't been working out for me. This might be the only card left in my cube that doesn't pass the Vindicate test.

Well, if the card didn't perform, people wouldn't run it. As always, if your group doesn't like it, cut it.
It hits hard for a 4-drop, and also helps to support a token/anthem deck if you support that package. Despite its vulnerabilities, if it isn't answered immediately, it pressures like few other 4cc cards can, and leaves something behind if it gets a couple of chances to crash in.
It's not a must-include card, but it's good at its job if you want that kind of effect.

Still extremely strong if you can untap with it, but I've found that any deck wanting to play Hero of Bladehold is usually better off playing a planeswalker of the same mana cost instead. I've cut it a while ago and haven't missed it too much, although I still see it do powerful things in other cubes that I play.
I'm still running it but its popularity has definitely been waning. other than repeating whats already been said I can only offer my stats.
After 49 drafts and 157 games it has a maindeck percentage of 51.02% and a win percentage of 56.05% ranking it 45th out of 50 cards in the white section of my 360 Unpowered list.

Not sure if I'm reading this right but ~90% of your white cards have a winning % greater than 56?

I really love your method of calculations and it gives me great insight into cube construction.
My cube/ deck construction are more based off heuristics with the number of filter effects, removal, counter spells etc. as well as gameplay theory from constructed - See section on Green/ White Archetypes.
Back to Bladehold. I guess my problem with bladehold has more to do with white aggro in general - its a strong archetype, but it lacks any scry, looting, discard etc. making it much more vulnerable to flooding/ not hitting required lands than other color combinations. Its also not as powerful as Palace Jailer, Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, Armageddon.

Sorry for confusion. As mentioned above I do a combined average of those two stats because it measures cards that consistently make the main and win, are narrow but powerful enough to offset that they dont go in every deck, or are cards that might not win as consistently but are always seeing play. Basically what I consider to be factors good cube cards need to justify a spot in the list.
Hero's "overall cube card quality" based on these factors is a 53.54% which is 306th out of 360 cards in my list overall.
Compared to some other popular white 4 drops: Palace Jailer: 70.31%, 9th in white, 89th overall ***(smaller sample size: 17 drafts, 105 games) Elspeth, Knight Errant: 68.70%, 13th in white, 106th overall Restoration Angel: 67.01, 25th in white, 203rd overall Hero of Bladehold: 53.54%, 45th in white, 306th overall
I feel that in aggressive white/X decks, especially weenies, Hero of Bladehold is the icing that put the deck over the top. It just has the power to finish games, and what I love is the +1/+0 effect to your weenies and tokens, the extra two bodies is gravy.
Is it critical, probably not, but for example is R/W Agro or Midrange, it reliably keeps that pressure up. Throw in damage, removal, blink, etc from White and a shared color (like red), and this thing becomes a necessity for your opponent to deal with as she can and will spiral out of control quickly.
I think 4cmc is the upper limit where it's still OK for a permanent to fail the vindicate test if it's impactful enough, and Hero qualifies (although it's probably in the bottom third-ish of white cards in my cube). Yeah, if it dies to a 2 cmc removal spell it feels bad, but if you get to untap with it alone it's 7 damage next turn and it's extremely easy for your opponent to be dead the turn after you cast this. I wouldn't think anyone is crazy for cutting it, but it's still a card I like.
She feels too much of a Feast or Famine style card.
I would be super happy if we can have some haste enablers.

Have it far over Geddon and slightly over Gideon. Dying to vindicate is a hassle of course, but it doesn’t die to “opp’s attackers” which can be quite important in the harder matchups. Still hits like an absolute tank if you untap, blocks pretty alright, etc.
W 4s really are stacked though, Wave Jailer Elspeth Cartographer are easily better imo and that could be all the aggro 4s you need at a small size.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.

I believe its based off the average of the mainboard percentage + win rate.
