This won't interact with most of the cards in your second paragraph, because Laelia specifies "whenever you exile", not "whenever one or more cards are exiled from". In the case of each of those *except* Nicol Bolas (EDIT: and Ashiok, Nightmare Muse), the opponent is the one that is taking the action of exiling your stuff, so Laelia won't trigger.
Card seems excellent...
Only way the card isn't doing something powerful is when they have a strong blocker, which is true for just about every 3 drop (ferocidon excepted).
Even then, if it's later in the game, you can suicide for a card off your library the next turn.
Slot is stacked, but It's a unique card, so i'd rather play it over a rabblemaster variant , assuming power level was comparable... which I think it will be.
Card seems alright, but I'm not a fan. Just seems less versatile than all the token producing 3cmc creatures and Bonecrusher Giant, or as unique as (although we don't play it) Feldon of the third Path imo, and even Imperial Recruiter depending on your cube. Conditional "card draw" is usually much worse than it looks in my experience, and getting +1/+1 every turn is really not that much. The powerlevel is fine but I don't think it ultimately makes the maindeck in most midrange decks, and I don't think it's good or unique enough to be played for only its aggro application. in smaller cubes. I think I'll pass

I didn't realize how Laelia interacts with Cascade, Delve, Escape, and Eternalize. I'll be adding a section about the Laelia Interactions in my card explanation article.
I'm actively maintaining a comprehensive article to help explain to new cube players how some complex vintage level cards work in a cube environment. Vintage Cube Cards Explained
Update: Laelia, the Blade Reforged was errata’d in the MH2 release notes with a functional change to make the card a little stronger and more intuitive. The last clause is now:
“Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from your library and/or your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Laelia.”
I hope they print a new version of her now, because that errata has meaningful interactions in the cube and is in direct conflict with the printed text.
I guess it's more of a clarification than a true errata since the OG text could be interpreted to work the way it does now, but it would be really nice to have a printed version with the updated text because the OG wording is not particularly intuitive in instructing players how it's intended to work.
Had her played against me afew times today, she was great every time.
My deck was light on removal so I learnt the hard way she can't be ignored.
I don't think she played alot of the exiled spells but did let my opponent hit a few extra land drops.i definitly got punished by a spell of the top at least once in combat.
Figure this card is widely played and popular, so worth pointing out. This printing will also have the errata mentioned in the posts above (back in 2021 already), so it's worth replacing the original version in any case (unless you picked up the random errata'd printing from BG commander decks).

“Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from your library and/or your graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on Laelia.”
So now Laelia does actually get bigger when your opponents use exile effects on you like Ashiok(s), Robber of the Rich, Thief of Sanity, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, and Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh.

Definitly lives up to the hype so far
