This is one of the cards I look forward to the most! It is exactly where I want my Cube to be, in a position where I can have the Lands-matter archetype as a competitive archetype. Just like The Gitrog Monster or Titania, Protector of Argoth, it is not the best for the slot, but it allows me to calibrate my Cube nicely.
I was looking at this card myself because I'm looking for alternatives to Yasova (and I think every other temur card behind her is useless). It's certainly interesting, but what are you hoping to accomplish with it? Is there a RUG deck that loves to have zero cards in hand?
I think if I want a temur card from this set, I'd sooner consider Genesis Ultimatum because I at least know it fits into the plan of "Play lots of big things"
I see this as a decent storm enabler and potentially a lands archetype card.
Right now Dark Depths + Thespian Stage (Drawing this many cards + playing extra lands a turn will really help draw into this), Field of the Dead + some graveyard value cards like Echo of Eons/ Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and Firestorm that can take advantage of all the cards in hand.
The alternative is this could help setup an Nexus of Fate.
I feel we could see non-parasitic lands deck, but I feel there needs to be another Uro or Field of the Dead to make it worthwhile.

I'm actively maintaining a comprehensive article to help explain to new cube players how some complex vintage level cards work in a cube environment. Vintage Cube Cards Explained
I am not saying it will go in most cubes, but if you want to have one of each tri-color isn't this the best temur candidate?
This is an interesting, and potentially powerful, effect, but I'd need to see people singing its praises to test it.
