Definitely better than it looks at first glance, but still not sure how I feel about it. Her -3 is very simiilar to JVP's Snapcaster mode, which is really nice. I won't be surprised if people tset this over Rabblemaster #4 or something.
Am I missing something, I don't think this is very good.
Her first ability in cube probably does very little other than give her a counter,
Her second ability puts 2 1/1's on the board but they can't protect her, and her third ability while powerful, you still have to have the open mana to do so and there is a good chance she will come down, -2 her cast a spell from the graveyard, and then she will die the next turn. As a ceiling she will be able to do it 1 more time. I would be more interested in this if the tokens survived at least, but as is, seems really bad unless you are really deep on tokens or something.
Looks strong for mardu aristocrats. Celebrant triggers, incentivizes playing the rakdos 3 drop that cares about sacrificing things too. Fodder for priest of the lost gods and the mana base exists to do this
Three mana planeswalkers are almost always better than you would think, so I have high hopes for her. Only problem is red is swimming in excellent 3-drops right now.
Think this is pretty solid, but you really need to be able to leverage the 3rd ability.
Flashing back two spells of 3cmc or less is pretty great value for 3 mana, so if she's able to activate that ability twice, she's more than payed for herself.
Also, blue power always makes the floor of flashback enablers higher than obvious.
My guess is she's pretty good, but more of a mid-high cube sized level card at best.
Quite bad on the backfoot, but stills serviceable if you have a lot of cheap powerful interactive spells... She can play the roll of reactive or proactive IF you have cards like swords to plowshares, such that you can play her on turn 4/5 if need be.
That makes her a bit narrow though.

Been very happy with new hybrid Saheeli. This is quite a different card but it also essentially costs 1RR so wondering if that matters. Red would love a non-4+ walker so may test it out also though my initial reaction is that it isn't good enough.
It might have some potential in cube since it plays decently well in both Sacrifice decks and the spells matters shells. It's also an okay token support card, even if it's less than impressive there. I like it more than the 6cc Chandra for the cube from this set, but I'm not 100% sold.
I think it is pretty spicy but it's me and I love my spells decks. Obnoxious with blue power but there are so many others. Grabbing this with demonic tutor on turn two and then immediately tutoring again when you drop this and getting to keep a walker feels good.
But even those without power can reuse of so many powerful cube spells like balance, regrowth, K command. There are 70+ targets in my 450 cube. Insane.
Fairy tale land is T1 thoughtseize, T2 Hymn to Torach, T3 Chandra cast HtT again, T4 option to recast thoughseize.
Add in random synergy with Porphorous and Hellrider and I am game.
@dschumm, you don't get to play the spell for free. So unless there is a dark ritual somewhere in that fairytale land scenario, you are going to have to wait until turn 4 to Hymn for the second time
Well crap. I guess I should read the cards. After Narset and Teferi I assumed they had just given up palytesting 3 mana walkers. Oh well my point still stands about powerful targets in cube. But yeah goes from autoinclude to gonna try
She's been solid for me so far. 2 hasty power that is recursive and survives most forms of removal is far from broken, but it can have a big impact on games. Don't need to extrapolate on the power of flashback in cube. She's an all around good card IMO and has found homes in both midrange and control shells in my group.

Great in Aristocrats too. (My favorite Cube Archetype to draft).

She played well for my wife last night, the 1/1s hit me a few times while I tried to stabilise against the rest of the rakdos aggro deck (with a light aristocratic splash). At one point Chandra bumped Koth up to 5 loyalty the turn he was played so would have ultimated the next turn with 6 mountains... I bounced him though. Then the -2 was threatening to kill me due to a Burst Lightning in the graveyard and mana to kick it.
Glad I kept her about though the cut to 360, she's just interesting and versatile so long as she has a bit of defense, or strong enough offense that she can't be safely attacked.
