Whenever you cast a creature spell, create a 4/4 Zombie Warrior token with vigilance.
When God-Eternal Oketra dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.

Good stats attacking and defending, recursion, and can take over games if left unchecked. BUT, you need other cards to really get full value from him. Thoughts?
At some point, the gulf in power between a card like this and a card like Cloudgoat Ranger has to be enough to overcome the side benefit of getting a couple 1/1 tokens if your thing dies, right? Especially with the "you can have him back in a few turns" clause helping you to exhaust a control deck's removal.
I think this is comparable to Thalia's Lancers. This has a better body and is a value engine for creature heavy decks. Lancers gives you immediate value rather than delayed value though which is a big deal...wouldn't cut any of the angels for this.
I don't think this card is bad. While it's not an army in a can, it's not hard to get a 4/4 off of it the next turn and it's body is quite significant. Not having an ETB is rough for a 5 drop, so I don't think it quite gets there but I wouldn't blink an eye if someone ran this over Baneslayer.
As a sidenote, why is Kefnet the only 4 drop in this cycle? Pretty disappointing imo, these other cards could have been way closer to cubeable had they been at 4 mana and have their abilities scaled back a bit.

My Cubes - The Busted Cube. A fully functional, almost 100% custom cube. The project started out by asking "What if other colors got cards on the power level of Mana Drain,Ancestral Recall, and Time Walk?" Draft and enjoy!
I was hoping the white one wasn't going to cost 5 mana. It's good, but the slot is stacked with cards I feel contribute better to white's overall gameplan. This is a good card for decks that want 5cc stat monsters and aren't any specific decktypes though. Hits hard and has a powerful trigger.
Likely too slow for a powered cube. It's very powerful once it gets going, but a lot of decks in cube can go over the top of this effect. It also doesn't stabalize well against decks that go under the effect...
It's a fine card for sure , and it should shine in some environments. (It seems unbeatable in limited)
5 cmc white creatures are too competitive, not testing this one.
Neat interaction with Kor Skyfisher, Man-o'-war, Venser Shaper Savant, and Riftwing Cloudskate. Maybe some sort of Mardu Aristocrats shell, too. Works well with Gravecrawler, at least. I like it, but don't think I'll be including it at 360.

I pretty much agree with you but I keep coming back to the fact that cube IS limited. Sure it's hyper-powerful legacy/vintage flavored limited, but many games do go long and often times your game plan falls apart and you need to win by banging creatures against each other and grinding out incremental advantage. I think Oketra will probably end up being better in practice than she/he/it looks on paper. Sure, her base stats aren't as pushed as Kefnet's and her ability doesn't generate immediate value like Bont2's, but she is a beast in combat and her ability seems likely to have a higher hit rate than her blue and black counterparts.
In my 540 I run Lyra, Angel of Invention, Reveillark, Archangel Avacyn, and Thalia's Lancers at 5. Lancers has been on the chopping block for me and I've been thinking about trying Angel of Sanctions instead. I think Oketra looks more interesting than either Lancers or Angel of Sanctions so I may actually have a spot for testing.
Angel of Sanctions is the spot I'm looking at for maybe testing out this one... but I already had that spot marked to go to the new Serra from Modern Horizons, so now I'm not sure. This might be a "if I happen to get one I'll try it, but I won't go out of my way" sort of card.
This entire cycle has some really absurd ceilings.
I think comparing this to Rampaging Baloths gave me a better appreciation of how strong this card is. It effectively has the same stats for 1 less, creates tokens of the same size but with a relevant keyword and has built in recursion. You can make a good case that you will hit lands for the Baloths more reliably but creatures aren't hard to come by either. White 5 drops are hyper-competitive now, but I think this beats the lesser non-Angel options.
