This card seems interesting to me. We've had this effect before with cards like Gift of Immortality and Unhallowed Pact, but nothing as low cmc as this, and this is also able to enchant planeswalkers. In addition to the fair/intended use of the card, I think there's some neat things you can do with this.
Sneak Attack something into play, enchant it, and get it back. Or in a deck that wants to be playing Recurring Nightmare, this could fit in as well. Recurring Nightmare and Deranged Hermit is a nice interaction, and for 6 mana, this and Deranged Hermit can do an impression of that interaction once.
The strongest interaction I think is with Sun Titan. A mardu Aristocrats deck can play this and Sun Titan, and have a potential infinite combo with Goblin Bombardment or Carrion Feeder.
Outside of the Sun Titan interaction, does the ability to target your 'walkers actually make this better than the options that can target creatures at instant speed? I think the latter might be more valuable since it can function as a combat trick when the need arises. I wish this had Flash.
That's true. Supernatural Stamina plays better with the Sneak Attack and Deranged Hermit interactions than this card while also being a combat trick. Still, being able to downtick a planeswalker then get it back for a second activation, the sun titan combos, and the protection from exile effects does have me considering playing this where I never really considered the instant speed options.
I think the one upside of this card (not saying it's good for cube), but you can play it and then you don't have to hold mana up for it. just put it on a big creature, and swing
The fact that it's a permanent, saves from exile in addition to death (a big issue we had with Undying Evil), and hits 'Walkers as well makes me curious. I don't think it'll make the cut but I'm not opposed to trying.
This is a very unique and interesting card, isn't it? I didn't immediately think that this was cube worthy but upon closer review it just might be. Planeswalker spot removal is not that common so having to kill a walker twice can easily prove back breaking. It also guarantees a second activation of the enchanted planeswalker opening up interesting lines of play and strategies.
The exile clause also protects it from being potential card disadvantage (as long as you play it in a window where they can't respond at instant speed). So it's not as risky as other auras that might do something similar.
