I like Kari Zev as much as the next guy (one of red's best 2-drops), but it's no Stoneforge/Snapcaster/Confidant level of creature. And Bloodrage Brawler is actually the 2cc red creature I want to replace with the unknown 1R bomb, lol.
Despite RNA not coming through, I'm still hoping for a great 3cc Gruul card. The Kolaghan's Command equivalent would be sweet. I'd really like to see a great 3cc RG 'walker, but I doubt that'll happen.
The same for Orzhov. I love Desolation Angel as much as I can, but my group doesn't love it like I do. I'd like to replace her with a bomb finisher, preferably something that would work well in both a Stax or tokens shell. Maybe it'd be like a 5cc 'walker that can do some sweet stuff?
I'd like to see more modal spells, specifically a good green Disenchant spell that comes with some other solid value functionality. Maybe it doubles as a combat trick so we finally get a playable trick?
More red one mana two power beaters. The more the better. For red to be the most aggressive color, it's really lacking in this area.

An overpowered red 2-drop
A good Simic card, preferably a Natural Order/Show and Tell target
A good Gruul card that is 2 or 3 cc. Something like Knight of Autumn would be fab.
A black aggro 2-drop with evasion. I'd like to see one that gets a bonus of some type if it is attacking a planeswalker. This could also be in red; I'm not picky.
A bomb green 4-drop

Agree with pretty much everything here. I'd also love to see:
-More aristocrats support. I'm working a 'crats package into my cube. It feels like I have enough support for it to succeed but I wouldn't mind a few more recursive bodies and another payoff or two.
-Some totally bonkers 3 color cards (Sphinx of the Steel Wind/Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker type stuff that grabs your attention during the draft and gives you a crazy goal to try and pull off. I don't know what the next Ravnica set will be like but maybe there will be weird multicolor stuff going on.
-An actually playable 5 color spell that justifies playing 5 colors. This is probably a pipe dream but I would love to see some sort of absolutely game breaking 5 color card that would actually be worth running in cube.
Simic cards. Like three of them.
Something for Gruul that costs 3. Preferably a spell.
Red and black 2's.
A blue 1-drop. Wizards tried but failed with RNA.
-More aristocrats support in MonoB so I can happily shave the doubles I have now. Preferably zombies
-A 1B creature that has some zombie/sac synergy, but also a fine playable in a good stuff midrange deck
-Cards that work well with fastbond, but playable outside of fastbond.
-Multiple 2GG or 3G creatures. Preferably strong enough to enable a fires of yavimaya archetype, while being playable outside of agro.
-Another Simic and Gruul card, Kologhan's command power level.
-Black life gain
A good card-selection spell for G. The great green Brainstorm still remains elusive.
Finishing some land cycles would be nice: the Smoldering Marsh cycle and cycling lands especially, as budget fetchable duals. And OFF-COLOR MIRAGE FETCHES!!
A non-brainless one-drop red creature. Something to support any meaningful archetype other than straight aggro (I'm sure we'll get a red Savannah Lion this year) or artifacts (since we already have Goblin Welder).
Cubeable land-matters cards (particularly with regards to the grave). Those are always great. Ramunap Excavator was much appreciated.
Ideas from others' wishlists that I second.
- A better white 3 CC Anthem.
- A powerful flicker support card.
- A powerful 5cc blue cresture.
- Red's awesome 1R creature
- Better 4cc Green creature options
- Better green noncreature spells
- Better Gruul/Simic/Izzet cards period (and a great Gruul walker that isn't 4CC)
Things I Want
- More cards that provide drawing capability in a color appropriate way to colors that aren't blue.
- A cubeable combat trick/ playable auras.
- A strong utility land cycle.
- More 1W and 1U 2/1's with flying and relevant additional upsides.
- Better 3cc creature options in every color except maybe White.
- A couple strong blue creature options at 1cc
- More interesting black 1cc creatures that aren't just the standard recurring 2/1.
- A better 3rd best black PW then Liliana, Death's Majesty
- One strong 6/7 cc Black creature.
- A random discard effect spell/creature in Black that is cubeable.
- More modal burn with nice utility options such as Abrade.
- A playable secondary permanent with a Purphoros like ability (damage upon creatures etb).
- A 6/7 cc Red creature with an interesting effect that isn't just burn when it etb.
- Better 4cc Aggro curvetoppers for red.
- A secondary Natural Order effect but one that is a bit stronger than Eldritch Evolution.
- Way better artifact creature options.
- Some equipment that are less busted than the swords cycle/Jitte, but better than the next best equipment.

I also feel like red has got a TON of new cards to innovate new strategies with, in Risk Factor, Experimental Frenzy, Light up the Stage. Testing these seems important to find out what we really want from red noncreature stuff.

A non-broken, scaleable mana-rock akin to Everflowing Chalice.
More niche planeswalkers (in favor of the generic but busted ones they like to make). They've been moving more in this direction lately.
An Instill Energy variant. Either as an equipment, or a green aura for 1G with a cantrip. (or something similar.)
A cubeable changeling (unlikely, but incidental tribal upsides have never been more plentiful).
A card for Mardu, Temur, Jeskai, Bant, and maybe Naya. Abzan is alright and Sultai is great now.
