This actually looks like a pretty good simic card, IMO. It's definitely not the guild-defining card we all have been hoping for, but it does quite a bit, I'd say.

I like this card a lot, but like many of the other split cards it's just generally "ok" and doesn't push any particular deck strategy or archetype.

That said, I may actually cram a few split cards into my cube just to get to play with some of these effects that don't usually show up in a cube environment, like the stifle this card has, the redirect on the Izzet card, and the fight+ on the gruul option. I feel like these split cards are flexible enough that they will rarely ride sideboards.

I prefer Incubation // Incongruity personally. This has two very powerful abilities, but they're both quite conditional, wheras the uncommon is almost never without use.

I actually like the idea of having both these effects in cube, but I think this card is just not quite there. It's basically a super narrow/fairly narrow split card, and there will just be too many games where stifle is irrelevant and the clone is meh.
