Better Hero's Downfall. BBR kills the card for me, but I can see myself testing this over Dreadbore if it was 1BR. I also wouldn't have minded a Dreadbore that could nuke artifacts at BR sorcery speed....
Mana cost is rough. I'm happy with Kolaghan's Command and Dreadbore and I don't see this replacing either one. Given how tight this guild is, I don't see this making many lists.
I'm happy with Kolaghan's Command as my destruction spell of choice for Rakdos, so even at 1BR, I probably wouldn't include it. I'm a proponent of not weighing guilds down with too many removal spells.
Seb McKinnon once again asserts dominance over every other current MtG artist. The art of MtG had been almost completely sterile for ages before he came along.
The card is good, but not really cubeable in comparison to existing cards.
Good card, but I don't know if this is better enough than the current cube options to push out another card. I like the cheap/splashable cost of Dreadbore, and this is no Kolaghan's Command.
I know being an instant and allowing it to hit artifacts would be worth another 1, but is it worth another B? Hard to say. I want to like the card, but the cost feels kinda prohibitive. I love me a Hero's Downfall, but the ability to play it in every black deck is a big upside...
The card name is also Bedevil, and an English image was spoiled by the official Magic facebook page.
I love this card, but it sucks on curve when you can't get that extra red or black. Abrupt Decay switching to Assassin's Trophy was a much easier pill to swallow than cutting something like Dreadbore for this.

Ya, very difficult to analyze the value a card brings to cube when the decision involves comparing power level vs castability...
I'm a fan of including some cards that are narrow but powerful, but as time goes on, I find more and more I'm valuing cards with easy to cast mana costs for their deckbuilding flexibility. Your thoughts on this subject matter has helped reinforce that viewpoint for me.
In a Black heavy deck, I'm confident this card is bit better than dreadbore (cost for cost), but is that worth being uncastable in all those Red heavy decks that splash black? or being tougher to cast in a BR deck with bad mana fixing?
I'd put dreadbore back in before this. Cards with 3 colored pips in their cost have to be doing something really, really good to be worth it, and as good of a flexible removal spell as this is, I don't think it quite justifies the cost. Especially considering the overlap with k command, which is an auto-include.
