Pretty good, 2 power flyer for 2 that can shut down a blocker every attack is quite nice for blue tempo decks. Not sure what to cut for testing though, could be Enclave Cryptologist since I have more than enough discard outlets/looters by now and have not seen it be main decked in a long time. Could be Thirst for Knowledge too...not sure...
Mistral Chargers with upside are playable, but my blue section is too tight for this. Even the , I like the other variants better like Stratus Dancer / Dimensional Infiltrator / whatever the pirate one was in AER.

You don't think Gilded Drake or Enclave Cryptologist can't be cut to test this? We cube 3-6 times every week and I have not seen them main decked the past month. Is there a U/R tempo/burn deck that this would fit in? This also has a nice trick where you shrink a big/problematic creature and kill it with a burn spell (like wurmcoil engine)

I see a good amount of Gilded Drake / Enclavr Cryptologist during our drafts. Can see myself cutting Gilded Drake in the future, but not for this.
I think this is a decent creature for tempo decks. About on par with the flash options, which will be better in some builds and worse in others. I like how this combos with dividable burn to kill big creatures on the cheap, and may be enough for me to test this over a card like Dimensional Infiltrator if I was playing such a card. But I'm not. Because blue's cards are too good to find room for stuff like this most of the time.
great card. i feel like i have enough 2UU 4 drops in blue so i think i am going to cut niblis of frost which has been good but just isnt needed next to dungeon geists
Can't see cutting Cryptologist for this. Cryptologist is the only looter that starts working on turn 2, which can be crucial for reanimation/Welder shenanigans. Then sometimes the game goes long and he transforms into a draw engine.

Blue is such a powerful color with versatile spells, unless the creature is very powerful , not interested in adding it.
I'm guessing this is the second best mistral charger variant for blue, (second only to stratus dancer).. So for large cubes intentionally supporting blue tempo, I'd be happy to add it.
Getting through blockers is not a common concern with U tempo... but in UR this could help you get your 1 drops through annoying ground creatures, or combine with burn to deal with an opposing wurmcoil engine.
It's a good card. I'm old fashioned, wishing this had a downside, but them's the times we live in. Skyship Plunderer is my favorite of the cards with these stats, as it's got more potential synergy than the rest. This one can set up some pretty funny combat tricks, though.
I like this one. Really keeps the opponent on the backfoot, like a galepowder mage lite.
Blue doesn't have too many exciting two drops, so I can see this squeezing into most cubes.
Just imagine in UR tempo being able to frog their wurmcoil engine and zap it away with a
firebolt or something. MMmmm.
A cool creature for aggressive blue decks. Which happen more often than I initially expected when I built my cube. This guy can really help force some damage through. I want to try it.
