Since the others have had discussion I wanted to get thoughts on this one as well.
I really like being able to draw cards first and then cast one for free. Its not as insane as Baral or Yehenni's expertise but it does cast more targets in a deck, all while providing you with gas in the late game.
The Expertises are crazy and this one is no different. The free-cast ability is great.

I don't really like 6-mana cards that do nothing on their own. It has a really high ceiling, but I think the floor on this card is unacceptably bad for something that costs 4GG.
