Nearly every single Magic: the Gathering card that has otherwise been excluded from the Power Rankings vote can be voted for here, this thread is for voting on the exceptions that are typically excluded from the traditional cube environment. There are two categories to be ranked here, cards with the Conspiracy type from the Conspiracy and Conspiracy: Take the Crown expansions, and the non-traditional cards. Feel free vote in only one category, or both. If you vote for both, please do not combine them into a single list.
For CONSPIRACIES, please rank the top 10 Conspiracies in a spoiler tagged list according how effectively you believe they contribute to game wins in an otherwise traditional cube environment with 1 being the most powerful, and 10 as the least. Here is a complete list of all 25 cards printed with the Conspiracy type.
For NON-TRADITIONAL CARDS, please rank the top 20 cards in a spoiler tagged list according how effectively you believe they contribute to game wins in an otherwise traditional cube environment with 1 being the most powerful, and 20 as the least. The non-traditional cards category includes silver-bordered cards from the Unglued and Unhinged expansions, Happy Holidays gift cards, Planes, Archenemy schemes, Theros Hero cards, Theros Hero Equipments, Celebration Cards, 5-Color Magic and Media Promotional cards, or any kind of "card" without an entry on Oracle/Gatherer. Please do not vote for custom or fan-made cards in this category.
* The VOTING thread is for posting your votes only. Small discussions about the voting, in particular pointing out errors in other voter's rankings and questions about the voting process, are allowed within reasonable length, but otherwise you should use the main Cube Power Rankings thread for discussions.
* Results will be posted in their own thread after this one is closed and all the votes are compiled.
* You can edit your vote freely, up until the moment the thread is closed.
Non-traditional is extremely hard to rank because Perhaps You've Met My Cohort basically reads that you win. You're not allowed to play it outside of multiplayer, though. Similarly, stickers and Hero cards were never printed in any traditional sense.
Single-player cards that were offered in a set or promotion available to the general public AND would make into into a cube <= 540 cards:
Contract from Below
Chaos Orb
Gifts Given
Volatile Chimera
Arcane Savant
Booster Tutor
City of Ass
Lore Seeker
Clockwork Librarian
Blast from the Past
Super Secret Tech (in a mostly foil cube, can aid combo and hurts tokens)
Thank you for your vote, ambivalentduck. There are a couple of problems with your non-traditional cards vote. Draft-referencing cards from the Conspiracy sets like Volatile Chimera, Arcane Savant, Lore Seeker, Cogwork Librarian were already voted on as part of the main Power Rankings vote. Also, please vote for a complete list of 20 cards for this category just as we did for the others.

I am not including larger cards like archenemy or planechase bs as they don't go in your deck and do not get drafted. Same with those hero cards from theros. Most of the list at the top of options to pick from is a joke since they aren't real cards in most senses of the word. Going from actually printed cards that do stuff in the game, there aren't enough options to do a total 20. I am only doing a top 15 and if you need another 5 after these, good luck getting them.
I could maybe go to 20 if I had to but the last 5 would all be terrible cards that shouldn't go in any cube. I don't think the last 5 on my current list even belong in a cube.
I hate to change anything about the voting process while it's already underway, but you're the second person in two days to not be able to come up with a list of 20 non-traditional cards and no one else has tried. I suppose I can accept partial lists as long as everyone voting in the non-traditional category comes up with at least 10 cards.

I strongly recommend getting rid of the category. How are you supposed to rank Heros vs Schemes vs Planes? It's not at all apples-to-apples since some of these can't even be played together in any reasonable way. Several schemes are EASILY the strongest cards in the game, blowing away even stuff like Contract From Below. The downside isn't the (nonexistent) cost, it's multiple opponents. No other cards have that downside. Similarly, the downside to Hero cards is the Hydra.
I recommend making Un-/holiday/ante its own category. Custom/oversized/stickers/obscenely rare/etc are hard to rank against one another because the downside is that you have multiple opponents or the card is only playable by a real-world celebrity or only by a close friend of Richard Garfield.
You're the only person in that entire thread who ever used the word "Hero." Similarly the choice was one category or two, not whether or not things that aren't standard-sized, WotC-created, publicly available MtG cards should be included in the second category. People chose the better of the two options (since this same discussion would have contaminated the Conspiracy voting!), but I recommend three categories so you can actually get votes on Un- cards that are vastly more common than Hero cards or stickers.
1. Conspiracies
2. Un-/holiday/ante/dexterity (which have normal MtG backs, are normal-sized, and were publicly available)
3. Other
You're right, and I also brought it up two months ago in the main Power Rankings discussion thread trying to get people to give me an idea of how they wanted this category to work. I didn't hear any objections to my suggestion of an all-inclusive non-traditional category until now, so I went ahead with it. This is the first mention I've seen of creating a third category to vote on for cards that have otherwise been excluded from Power Rankings voting for this year. I'm not saying it's necessarily a bad idea, I'm saying more than two days into the vote for this is a bit late to be bringing up changes to the procedure for this year's vote. We've had months to discuss this, and my proposal was pretty clear and had no objections until right now.
Again, please feel free to leave anything you're not comfortable with voting for out of your vote.

I have no experience with Planes or Schemes but I will rank the rest, and add in some commentary explaining my votes since this is a fairly unique poll
1. According to the rules (such as they are), the Hero equipment start the game on the battlefield. This is a HUGE factor if you play them in your Cube since it is far, far easier to turn on metal craft or have artifacts for other purposes. It completely changes the value of a bunch of cards.
Four of them are "ok" although Cloak of The Philosopher might be breakable if there is some combo that works with "2: Untap". However, Bow of the Hunter is pretty absurd (t: 2 damage to any target -- its like Cursed Scroll on crack). I will rank the other four as one slot for altering the Cube by their very presence but Bow of the Hunter will be rated higher.
2. The Hero cards
The Champion: most of the cards it can get would be niche choices that only worked The Champion. The big payoff is Umezawa's Jitte. 2T: Jitte guaranteed Jitte EVERY game..
One of the nastiest choices is Gleemax. My group debates whether that is literally an auto-win, but if not it is still very nasty..
The Harvester: t: draw, then discard is as dumb as it sounds
The Warmonger: free alpha strike
The Warrior: better than the equivalent conspiracy (which is good) by a ton
The Provider: this can let you put out something way overpowered early on for a busted start.
The Savant: freeze for two turns..
The Explorer: its like a guaranteed Sol Ring for the first few turns provided you draw land
There are a bunch of other good ones but those are the very best ones IMO
3. 5 Color cards
Aku Fehling, the Predictor: hes definitely Temur not Gruul but he is pretty good with top deck tutors and the like.
1. Necro-Impotence
2. Contract from Below
3. Gleemox
4. The Champion
5. Bow of the Hunter
6. The Harvester
7. Hero equipment
8. Topsy Turvy
9. The Warrior
10. Chaos Orb
11. Cold Snap
12. Symbol Status
13. The Warmonger
14. The Explorer
15. Gleemax
16. Blacker Lotus
17. One More, With Feeling!
18. Magical Hacker
19. Aku Fehling, the Predictor
20. Mox Crystal
That list could be WAY off though, I don't have tons of personal experience with every card on there. The top 10 are all pretty absurd however. I tried to put the niche ones at the bottom. A couple like Blacker Lotus depend on exactly how you treat them. If BL is a one-shot the entire draft its not that good. But once per match its pretty nice.
