HOW TO VOTE FOR 3+ COLOR CARDS
In this category, we will be voting on all cards that consist of 3 or more colors. This category is replacing the SHARDS AND WEDGES category from last year.
WHAT CARDS GO HERE? AND WHAT CARDS ARE EXCLUDED?
Like for the guilds, the rule on this voting is to look at a card's costs and requirements.
* Three-colored 'gold', 'hybrid' and 'split' cards. Examples: Empyrial Archangel, Bant Sureblade, Beck // Call.
* Monocolored cards with some kind of cost or requirement for the other two colors. This includes costs of mana (regular or hybrid) and abilities requiring or rewarding you for having cards of both other colors or lands with the other colors' basic land types. Examples include: Thornscape Battlemage, Wild Nacatl, Cliffrunner Behemoth, Thornscape Familiar, Yasova Dragonclaw, Temur Runemark.
* Nonland colorless cards that follow the same rules as above - producing mana of both colors, or requiring/rewarding cards of both colors or lands with both basic types. Examples: Gem of Becoming, Obelisk of Grixis.
* All cards with 4 colors in their casting or activation costs. For this year, this only includes the Nephilim.
* All cards with all 5 colors in their casting or activation costs such as Progenitus. For reference, here is a complete list of all cards with all 5 colors in their casting cost. To the best of my knowledge, there are no other 5-color cards due to activation or other costs.
For clarification, the following cards should NOT be voted on in this section:
* Mana producing creatures with a single color in their casting cost (i.e. green) and no off-color activation costs that create multiple colors such as Noble Hierarch, Rattleclaw Mystic, or Druid of the Anima. These were already voted on as GREEN.
* The 4-color legendary creatures from Commander 2016 such as Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. These cards are too new for the community to accurately evaluate, but feel free to vote for them next year.
* No current land card qualifies to be voted here. The ALA/KTK Trilands and Murmuring Bosk fall under the LAND voting group, already voted.

Although we are handling these cards quite differently this year, you may find it helpful to refer to last year's Shards and Wedges results:
Composite Golem and Kaleidostone wouldn't be voted on here, because the color identity isn't related to a cost. The rest of the list is cool to see compiled in one place though.
I can't say I'm pleased to see you and must warn you I may have to do something about it.

I think that Etched Oracle can be classified as a 4-color card.

Thank you Shivan_Knight, for compiling that list of 5-color activation cards. All of the cards you mention with 5+color activation costs are fair game for this section, except for Composite Golem and Kaleidostone because they do not have colored activation costs. You also raise an interesting point about Sunburst cards like Etched Oracle. I don't want to clutter up this thread any more than necessary, so lets take this discussion to the main Power Rankings thread, where I've already posted my thoughts on this.
