Ok, So here is the red results.
I did a few extra calculations for your viewing pleasure (ok, it actually makes it look kind of ugly
But I hope the extra data can be of use to you.
So looking at the break down, Sulfuric Vortex is once again our winner,
Looking at the next 3 cards, Goblin guide, Sneak Attack, and Chandra scored the next highest respectively by looking at averages, but looking at Medians, they are inverse of each other. This Variation probably has to do partly with how new Chandra is, and people are finding her to be good, but there is not a consensus yet of how good she is. you can see this through her higher standard deviation.
Inferno Titan managed to move up from # 10 last year to # 7 Lightning Bolt seems to randomly strike a different spot every year, this year it went up 4 spots from 13 to 9
The Biggest Losers
Koth of the hammer, which ranked last year at # 3 fell to number 8. Most likely due to the new Chandra making koth less desirable Flametongue Kavu, dropped from 11 to 17 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker dropped off the map this year and ranked # 43!
Siege-gang commander also dropped to the #22 spot.
I've been on a business trip and didn't get to vote. But my list would've looked quite different. I definitely don't think Vortex is the best red card in my cube any more. Not even sure an asymmetrical one would be. I tend of think of it as a three mana 2/2 unblockable which is harder to remove and which hits me as well. But red cards are largely a weird bunch and there aren't a lot that stand out as being great in a vacuum. New Chandra is certainly one that does.
Give Allred a break, he put in a lot of work on this. He already covered most of the same ground I did in the previous few categories, but here's info on who voted, and some other TURF:
Thanks to all 28 voters!

Returning Champions: Sulfuric Vortex and Goblin Guide maintain the #1 and #2 spots they held last year. Pandemonium: NO Red cards received votes from everyone this year. The More Things Change the More They Stay the Same: Sulfuric Vortex, Goblin Guide, and Wildfire retain their slots from last year.
I think those last two items are very telling about where we stand on Red right now. Red's identity in cube is more versatile than it's ever been with different amounts of emphasis being given to hard aggro, control, and different kinds of combo decks that are supported in different kinds of cubes. There are cards that made the Top 20 that I have no interest in adding to my cube, although I'm sure they're great with the right kind of support.
Based on the difference between the mean and median on Chandra, Torch of Defiance, I have a feeling we'll see a very different ranking once more people have had a chance to cube with that card. It may have been a mistake for us to include Kaladesh in this year's rankings.

Thanks for updating the results allred123, and thanks for taking the time to compile the data for us.
RE:Chandra - It's a combination of hype and experience. It's a great card, and should be near the top of the rankings. I think it's probably pretty close to accurate where it wound up landing, so I wouldn't expect too much movement in the rankings next year.

Chain lightning being a sorcery is a big mark against it. Bare in mind not being in the top 20 of a color hardly makes a card bad.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Red's results are always going to be polarizing. They're the ones that seem the furthest off to me so far, but the list is still decent.
