After lengthy discussion in the Power Rankings 2016 main thread there does not seem to be agreement on the following points;

Categorize cards with colored casting costs that produce off-colored mana (e.g. Noble Hierarch) by their casting cost.

Create a 12th category for Un-cards, Conspiracies, and draft-matters cards from the Conspiracy sets.

The first point is pretty straightforward, and mostly affects Noble Hierarch, but also Rattleclaw Mystic, Avacyn's Pilgrim], Elves of Deep Shadow, and a few others.

The second point essentially boils down to disagreements over 3 types of cards: cards with the Conspiracy type (e.g. Backup Plan and Double Stroke, draft-referencing spells (e.g. Deal Broker and Arcane Savant, and silver-bordered cards (e.g. City of Ass and Blast From the Past. Each category will be voted on separately for inclusion in and ranking. Each category with a majority vote of INCLUDED will be categorized by color and voted on and ranked aside all other cards. Each category voted as EXCLUDED will not be voted on at all during this year's Power Rankings.

This thread is only for voting on the four questions below, not discussion. Please vote for each question in a numbered list with one of the words indicated IN CAPS. Feel free to discuss this straw poll or anything else about the Power Rankings in the main 2016 Power Rankings thread.

1. Should green creatures that produce non-green mana be categorized as GREEN or MULTICOLOR?

2. Should cards with Conspiracy in their type line be INCLUDED in or EXCLUDED from this year's Rankings?

3. Should spell cards that reference drafting be INCLUDED in or EXCLUDED in this year's Rankings?

4. Should silver-bordered cards from Unglued and Unhinged be INCLUDED in or EXCLUDED from this year's Rankings?

Extra note: I prefer seperate categories. This to me is the best solution as long as not everyone votes for all cards. If Conspiracies are in the normal ranking, but only 40% of the voters give them points, this undermines the validity of the whole result.

Agree with having their own category...

I think conspiracies mess up the rankings. About half the forum doesn't play with them, so don't have any experience to properly rank them.
I guarantee people will not rank them despite the vote..
The people who do play with the conspiracies should have enough experience to rank the cards that are NOT conspiracies.

It makes the list much more inaccurate.

We should keep this to voting and not turn it into the other thread where all the discussion was/is happening.

*Note: I think they should be voted on, just separately from the other voting sections. The OP of this thread seems to imply that if they're not lumped in with their respective sections, they get no vote at all. I would disagree with that if that's in fact accurate:
