Perhaps some day we will have a critical mass of high quality delirium enablers where it's easy enough to get going. I mean just recently we have gotten cards like Liliana, the Last Hope, Collective Brutality, Walking Ballista, and Ash Barrens. Something to keep an eye on I suppose.
Discard / mill outlets aren't the issue, IMO, it's gettingn 4 card types into the graveyard. We need more dual-type cards like enchantment creatures / artifact enchantments. More Delirium payoff would be nice too.

Well if it's getting 4 card types into the GY, something like Collective Brutality pitching a land gets you halfway there in one pop.
Enchantment fetches...I like the way you think! Maybe Return to Theros: Kiora's Big Secret will have these.

This, indirectly, is kind of the major issue with Delirium: there are corner cases/certain cards that can really help enable Delirium, but there's no consistent set of cards that's always coming together to make Ishkanah something more than a vanilla creature by enabling delirium. There are always specific cards that can lend to delirium, but we can't rely on these few cards to make Ishkanah good. There's so much value in consistency and self-reliance for card quality that all the other 5s provide, and with so many games not reaching Delirium by turn 5 it's really hard to justify Ishkanah at this point. You need to be able to rely on your 5s to always be impactful for inclusion, and there are enough green starts that never hit delirium that Ishkanah ends up being really bad due to major consistency gaps except in long grindy games.
An innistrad cube would be great for Ishkanah because that would be a cube that heavily relies on GYs being full for a lot of decks. But unfortunately a lot of cubes aren't as reliant on GY strategies for Ishkanah to consistently be good.
I am actually going to give this a go. My g/b decks are often reanimator ramp decks using cards like survival of the fittest and this goes fine in there to be hard cast or brought back late game. Grim flayer has been very good for me in a Jund shell, as has collective brutality. No I don't need another 5 drop but I have slanted so aggressive with my cube people my group is asking for. some more thumpers and grindy cards. We also have many more fetches and planeswalkers in cube.
There's a lot of staples already out there that help Delirium. For that reason, I think a 540-630 cube doesn't necessairly needs a major twist in order to support the mechanic.
Life from the Loam, Liliana, the Last Hope, Collective Brutality, Walking Ballista, Firestorm, Pernicious Deed and Grim Flayer (a insanely good by its own card btw) are among them. There's also now nothing less than five 2CC quality looter plus the Cryptologist. There's also two Wil Mongrel, don't forget it. Executionner's Capsule and Extricator of Sin are also fine in the more obscure list.
Artifact creatures are definitly important as well. Don't forget the color ones like Tidehollow Sculler and Baleful Strix. Same for enchantment creatures like Master of the Feast ans Courser of Kruphix. The Evoke mechanic also works just fine filling your yard.
Regardless of where you classify it, the biggest issue for me was the reliability of the delirium. But with a small bit of assistance, you could easily make it reliable enough to be worth including, and the card is a very powerful one if you decide to do so.
What about the ol, sharpie route, and just blacking out the words "Delirium" and "if there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard" from the text on your true fit encasing the card? While i dont personally have any custom cards, i could see this being a reasonable edit.
I bring it up because ive seen custom cards brought up within cubes, or even rules tweaks like leaving damage on the stack, or using cards as they were in the past, like when people used to use beserk as a free removal. Editting this card to be slightly more cube friendly doesnt seem too off the path
I would agree with that about most cards, but for the sake of ishkanah, i feel it removes some complexity and makes it a simple "army in a can" with reach, especially since delirium is such a debate. By removing it, the card becomes much simpler to evaluate.
But, ill agree that personal erratas make things more complicated and mean peeps need to remember more things (like i would never add to a card if i were to adjust one, ive heard of peeps adding exalted to exalted angel flr the flavor of it)

People can do whatever they want, but I don't want to change cards that people have already become familiar with via other formats. There's absolutely no reason for me to cross out the delirium for Ishkana, it's not like I'm dying to play the card.
I play this in my cube now. The B/G archetype in my cube is very themed around getting things in the graveyard and then getting them out again. For this, I choose to put Satyr Wayfinder, Grisly Salvage, Harrow, Stinkweed Imp, Darkblast etc in my cube instead of some other cards. I played Ishkanah in my last cube draft and I never had trouble getting delirium before casting it. I don't think I would put in my cube if the B/G deck wasn't so centered around the graveyard and the cards that go with it.

It may not be a 5-drop or a Golgari card, but I would add Obstinate Baloth way before I would add Ishkana (assuming you're not running it already).

Card is very powerful in a deck that can easily enable delirium.
