I like Miracles as a mechanic in cube, as it can up the value of cards like Mystical Tutor, Scroll Rack, Brainstorm, Sensei's Top, etc. I only run Terminus and Bonfire of the Damned in my 360, so no Angels.
I traded for an Entreat the Angels a while back, but it's been in the on-deck binder the whole time.
My only experience with the miracle mechanic is in my Grixis Vial Smasher EDH deck, where I've end of turn Mystical Tutored Bonfire of the Damned for X=20, or often for Temporal Mastery. I play lots of deck manipulation there, though, so I'm setting up the miracles more than blind ripping them.

never ran entreat. the only miracle card left in my cube is bonfire. i had terminus in for quite a while but because the timing of boardwipes is so important it eventually got the cut. an effect like bonfire is always good whenever it comes up. which i guess can be argued for entreat as well but i find a pile of angels feels more flukey than some burn.
I don't run any of the miracle cards in my cube because I don't believe the normal rate on them is good enough to make my 360, and I don't run many ways to set up the miracle (basically just Brainstorm and Jace, the Mind Sculptor).
Not much to say about Isamaru. If you support aggro at all, you run this card. Doubt it will ever be outclassed.
Not sure how simple and straight-forward it is, but I have a nostalgic love for Serra Angel. If you mean a creature with no abilities at all, then probably Isamaru.
Love Isamaru. Back in the days of the 5-Color format, many of us played for graffiti ante. I had an "Isamaru, Eater of Ponies," decorated with marker art and a couple of pony stickers, after one loss.
My favorite simple card (I guess this depends on the definition) is Swords to Plowshares.
Isamaru is good, and goes really well with my two favorite simple cards: Armageddon and Ravages of War.

Agree with the above. Not a bad card, but Toxic Deluge is the best wrath regardless of color and you always run wrath before this. It's an easy 3rd best, though.
When the MODO cube ran Quicken, you could Quicken + Wrath to stop an infinite Kiki combo, which I've seen once.
Jar is great. I don't run a lot of combo in my cube, but you also don't need to for Jar to do excellent work.
I would say my memory is really good. (My wife may disagree on that point. Don't all husbands have selective memory, though?) I have a ridiculous memory for trivia and numbers, especially.
If you play artifact ramp decks, storm decks and combo shells, Jar is great. If you don't, it can struggle to make final 40s as just a generic value card.
Chalice is solid. Agree with wtwlf on the flexibility.
I think if you run all the signets + a ton of mana rocks (a la Wizard's cube) it can be too easy for every color to ramp. Been watching a lot of holiday cube lately and the huge number of mana rocks warp the format in a way I'm not a fan of. Every other draft just seems to be "I'll take a bunch of mana artifacts then figure out what to do halfway through the draft." Meh.
Re: Memory Jar. It looks great in combo focused powered cubes but I think its basically unplayable in a "normal" cube.
I like Chalice, and think it can fit into most decks,
I also have the opinion if you run all the signets it takes away from green ramp decks, that doesn't mean those cubes can't be fun, but in my opinion those spots should open up for other green decks to see play. Personally I like cubes that run a few mana rocks so that people can play wild fire and ramp decks, but not to the point where the only viable decks are ramp decks.
I hate the Miracle mechanic, and I don't cube w/ any of 'em.

Do you believe that running too much colorless ramp dilutes Green's identity as the 'ramp' color in cube? Why or why not?
I don't think the colorless mana rocks hurt green in the cube.
