Amazing card, not super exciting and looks a bit uninteresting to newer players, but if those are the only complaints you can make then your onto a good thing.
If Wildfire and Upheaval had a baby, but it was some kind of ****ed-up incest baby, it would be Jokulhaups. I love this card, even though it is a little tough to work around it can heavily reward you. Combined with planeswalkers Jokulhaups can wreck house, and if you have mana floating it acts as a sort-of upheaval too. Also, you can say JOKUL JOKUL JOKUL like you were fozzie the bear, which is as good of a reason to run anything.
Jokulhaups is certainly a powerful effect. A little harder to make asymmetrical than a traditional Wildfire effect, but when you can, it can be really strong.
The main reason I can't find room for it is because of the competition at the 6+/Xcc noncreature slot in red, especially now that we have Chandra, Flamecaller in addition to the 'Quakes and Wildfires.
Powerful, but much more difficult to work with compared to Wildfire. Red doesn't have a lot enchantments to abuse with this and Koth / Daretti don't have anything to work with post-wipe.
It'd be cool to have a very usable red Upheaval....
I ran it for quite a while but it got cut because it wasn't getting played that much, it's harder to abuse and come out ahead than Wildfire. It's ok as an emergency reset but I'd rather run a threat.
I remember thinking that it was a really hard to play card when Ice Age first came out. When I came back to Magic and started working on my cube I discovered Wildfire and Burning of Xinye and that basically spelled the end of Jokulhaups chances for my cube. I'm guessing I might run it at 630 cards or something.
I love Haups, but I don't run it because all too often I have young players just play it for fun rather than trying to actually set up for a good recovery and victory after.
Clearly the card is great. 1 mana for repeatable 2 mana is bonkers. Easily one of the best cards you could cube with.
In terms of power level in comparison to price, it's also one of the cheapest cards you can pick up considering what it does. This leads to a *lot* of cubes running it. So:
-Do you run Sol Ring in your cube?
-If so, how would you classify your cube? (i.e. powered, unpowered, pauper, Storm Crow tribal, etc.)
-Does it feel OP in your environment?
-Where would you rank it in the overall best cube cards?
-What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
-----------------------------
Also, I've noticed the OP title has been updated. Is there someone I can message to let them know when I post these, or is just doing what I'm doing fine?

-Yes
-Powered
-It feels powerful
-Up at or near the very top
-Cookie dough
Sol Ring does not belong in anything but a powered cube, and it's one of the best few cards in the game. Not much to say there, except that it's hard to beat vanilla ice cream with a generous helping of creamy peanut butter.
My cube is semi-powered, because there are still a lot of cards I don't have that I want to eventually be in it. That said, it's always pickable, no matter where or when you see it.
I think it's a little overstated just how strong it is, because it's not a guaranteed win to whoever gets it, even if they get it in their opening hand, though it is strong. I run a decent slew of artifact hate for it and some of the other troublesome artifacts. Of course, it goes without saying that it's a stupidly strong card.
I like cookie dough ice cream, though I'll always consider a good strawberry.
If you aren't running all the power, when sol ring is arguably better than all of them and certainly in the top 3, is a mistake. It is so much better than any other card if you aren't running power.
- Do you run Sol Ring in your cube?
No, it's too good
- If so, how would you classify your cube? (i.e. powered, unpowered, pauper, Storm Crow tribal, etc.)
Unpowered, but it does have Timetwister so... semi-powered?
- Does it feel OP in your environment?
Sol Ring is OP wherever it shows up
- Where would you rank it in the overall best cube cards?
#1 since it literally slots into any deck
- What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
If I have to pick one, it'd probably be cookie dough
I have to say, I'm surprised there's so much cookie dough love, but also makes sense cause a good cookie dough is ballin'. I find that the brands are hit-or-miss--personally I like a lot of chocolate chips and cookie dough in the ice cream. Any recommendations for a brand that has ample amounts of cookie dough?

Can't say I indulge in store bought ice cream a lot, but there's a place near me in the Chicago burbs that's an ice cream shop and they have different flavors of cookie dough to mix it with. Somehow their recipe doesn't use eggs or flour so they can serve it raw.
This has officially become the Random Ice Cream Flavor of the Day Thread
Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
This was an old all-time favorite that I stopped eating for a bit. However, I recently bought some and it still lives up to what I remember. The real key is that the peanut butter is kind of hard but still chewy so that when you're eating it the peanut butter starts to melt in your mouth and become gooey and delicious. It's an ice cream that would definitely be improved with some chocolate chips, but having a base chocolate flavor makes up for a lot. At what freezer size would you stock Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup ice cream?
Yes, it's very good.
