I don't remember where I saw them, but there's some black border perfect fit sleeves being produced. They make white border cards black border without having to sharpie.
That said I don't mind white borders as long as it's Unlimited. I'll never get full black bordered power anyway... I have a single mox jet (fitting) that I bought back when that stuff was cheap.
Maybe one day I'll upgrade my Mox Pearl, that was my first mox.
Recruiters are always fun, tutoring is powerful in singleton formats, especially in a color that doesn't have a lot of them. Imperial Recruiter only gets better over time as more powerful targets come along (ie. Angel of Invention). Vehicles also give utility creatures new things to do after they've done their job.
I don't mind white bordered cards, they add to the museum aspect of my cube and decrease the damage to my bank account. I like having old art / card frame with clean text. In fact, I just picked up a sixth edition Birds of Paradise and a Chronicles City of Brass from a LGS today for my cube. One day I'll splurge and pick up white bordered versions of Rolling Earthquake / Burning of Xinye, I'd much rather have the originals than the FTV versions.
White bordered eighth / ninth edition cards are wrong though.

It looks like these are what you're talking about: http://bordifies.com/ Looks like a pretty good idea, I may have to try them.
I don't usually say this, but I think this guy's hot:
Inferno Titan is up there as one of the premier 6+cc creatures in the cube. It has a huge impact on the board, and it can quickly remove small blockers to allow the big firebreathing body to close the game out.
If it's not one of the Titans, I guess my favorite Giant in Magic is Bartel Runeaxe.
I love Inferno Titan, he kills utility guys (and sometimes a planeswalker) when he hits the battlefield and hits for at least 9 on an empty board. Even if he can be blocked by random 3+ toughness guys you can always dome them for 3 a turn.
Brion Stoutarm has always been a favourite of mine, infact i only cut him because I opened a nahiri the harbinger. There is something endless amusing to me in the flavour of a giant throwing dragons, demons or even krakens at some poor wizard.
Inferno Titan stands alone as easily the best red 6-drop, and a budget wonder at less than $2. Getting a free Arc Lightning on ETB is solid value, and it ends games fast when you untap with it.
I'm running the promo foil, because it was as cheap as the non-foil original whhen I bought it, but you really can't go wrong with either art.
My favorite MTG giant is Quarry Colossus, which doesn't really make the cut in most cubes, but it does solid work in my Peasant cube and I find room for it in EDH decks every chance I get.

Inferno Titan is a great curve topper in red. I always love grabbing it.
Favorite giant is probably Sun Titan because of recursion shenanigans. Of the non-titan giants, Hundred-Handed One hits the flavor/mythology bone of the hecatonchires fantastically.
Inferno Titan isn't the most powerful red card in my cube, but it is the most pretty by far, along with his brother
The card is a very good carve-topper, but I find that in my cube, it is way too expensive for what Red is trying to do...
My favorite giant has to be Cloudgoat Ranger - one of the first foils I ever put in my cube, and the card is nuts after all this years. Also, the art is awesome!
Whoa those are cool! Proxy or alter? If alter, how did they do it? (Don't explain if proxy--you will get a suspension for that, this I know from personal experience of explaining how I did my proxies before.)
Great card is great, it's ETB / attack trigger works really well with its firebreath ability, allowing him to close out games super fast. Inferno Titan will probably forever be the best red 6-drop creature for cube. I'm also jealous of his fiery beard.
My favorite giant cards outside of the titans would probably be Boonweaver Giant, that card is just DUMB in EDH: Boonweaver Giant + reusable sac outlet = instant win (assuming you have the right cards in your library and your opponents have no disruption).
I love Inferno Titan in RG ramp and especially in Wildfire. T4 Inferno Titan into T5 Wildfire is lights out.

They are altered - those are an original, nonfoil cards, that someone took a sharpie and a layer of art and foil and made those. I'm not sure myself how to exactly do it, and the ine who made them and I hadn't talked for like 6 years, but I believe that the internet has all the info. Anyway, those cards aren't proxy.
Man, I loves me some Inferno Titan... I managed to get one under a Mimic Vat once in cube... that was fun.
Favourite Giant? I think I probably have to be lame and say Prime Time. If you force me to pick a non-Titan, it's probably Hamletback Goliath (srsly, ever tried to kick RoR on that thing? Mind-breaking maths). Soft spot for Sentinel of the Eternal Watch in Peasant, though... that thing is a Limited beatstick...
I had to go double check inferno titan was in my cube. The card is insane no matter what the environment is. A massive beatstick that arc lightnings every turn, including the one he drops on. Sun titan edges it out in my cube as the best titan, but this boy can do work. I don't understand how a cube could not include it.
Favorite giant is Sun Titan. That card is too bonkers for words and the list of things it does never ends.
Stormblood is a solid aggressive beater that slightly edges out War-Name Aspirant in my books, hes not amazing, but i'm never sad to see him in an aggressive deck.
my favorite full art:
Also, I missed yesterdays bonus question, but my favorite giant card is Boldwyr Heavyweights, because i love stupid cards.
I like stormblood a lot. Not an outstanding card on its own but does very solid work in aggressive decks and doesn't nessicarly need to played on curve because of his evasion, sometimes he is just what you need to get past blockers to throw off mid game blocking.
Wouldn't mind a reprint to give him menace for cleanness sake. Menace is pretty solid as an ability for aggressive decks I have been finding, it lets you leave a chump on the table and swing through them and keep that burn spell for later. It's great with equipment aswell since they are usually getting 2-for-1'd.
I have a soft spot for my full art foil Wrath of God and Day of Judgement. Lands are pretty sweet too, recently got some unglued full art lands. I would love to see lands like that again, but I get why they proabaly won't.
Stormblood is dece. Every time I see it I think it's Lightning Mauler (imo a better card), but it's still fine.
There's a lot of really good full arts. I agree with Grodlord that Wrath/DoJ are both really good. I try to bust them out whenever I play UW in Modern, but sometimes it isn't worth it. My favorite probably has to be Black Sun's Zenith:
I love Stormblood Berserker, and I think it's at (or at least near) the top of the aggressive red 2-drop pile. A 3/3 with evasion is just such a higher ceiling than any other creature you could be resolving at that cost.
Stormblood Berserker's two +1/+1 counters aren't quite automatic, especially if you've fallen behind, but it can be part of some very explosive starts. I've also found that Menace is a much more effective form of removal in cube than in retail limited, because you generally have access to better removal to help clear the way. It's not the best red 2-drop, but it's definitely up there.
I run the extended art version, but it's not my favorite full-art card. That honor goes to this aggro staple:
I avoid running textless full-art cards in my cube because I want newer players to know what every card does, but I love extended-art promos, and I run as many as I can.

Not much to say about Stormblood Berserker other than he's a solid role player for aggressive red decks. Good card is good.
I can't believe no one has mentioned the full art Reclamation Sage artwork yet. That art is gorgeous! Clint Cearly knocked it out of the park on that one.
