I chose not to include any Eldrazi Titans in my cube*, but Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is the biggest and baddest. Great card for Sneak Attack, Show and Tell, and Super Ramp. Blightsteel Colossus is the biggest critter in my cube. Griselbrand is arguably the scariest.
*Due to trying to push the artifact deck, so I don't want to include colorless creatures that don't play well with Metalworker/Goblin Welder/Tinker/etc.
While I have included Ulamog and Kozilek when they came out, I have never had any interest in running Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. With some dedicated ramp support, the former two can be castable in some decks. The latter nearly never is. Since reanimation is out of the question, too, that makes old Emrakul just too narrow. Leaves me with like four cards in my whole cube that can put her into play? Pass.
That doesn't mean that I am not running Emrakul though. The biggest, scariest creature in my cube actually is Emrakul. Just... the new one. Emrakul, the Promised End may have the highest printed mana cost in my cube (in addition to highest printed p/t), but she usually costs 9 or 10. Which is achievable by decks with the right ramp component.
Emrakul, the Aeon's Torn is big and scary, but it's too limited in this format. I prefer the Eldrazi titans that can come back from the graveyard, because it makes them a lot more flexible. Not to mention that 15 is almost unreachable, even for super-ramp decks. That Emrakul isn't even the best Emrakul anymore, lol.
Despite a few creatures being bigger, Griselbrand is definitely the scariest creature in my cube.
I like Emrakul a lot. It's big, stupid, and only fits in a number of decks, but it is pretty awesome to get in there. There are very few boards that live through an Emrakul attack.
Emrakul always reminds me of the cube video where LSV put Confidant and Emrakul in the same deck and flipped Emrakul at 16 life. He did not win that game, and it was g 3 (2?) of round 1.
Biggest creature is probably Wake Thrasher with a Basalt Monolith out
To note on Emrakul in Super Ramp, even if you can't reach the 15 for her, you still may be able to entwine Tooth and Nail. I know some people have cut Tooth and Nail from their cubes, so I don't think I'd consider Emrakul as support for that deck without it.

Totally. Emrakul + Zealous Conscripts or Surrak = GG, and now there's Samut too. That's part of the reason Samut appeals to me so much as well.
Emmy is obviously one of the craziest cards to hit MTG, but because the 15 mana is so prohibitive that you have to run ways to cheat her out. Show and Tell, Windbrisk Heights, Sneak Attack, whatever. I still keep her in there because I have friends who are still kinda new to magic and when they stumble across her they make audible "woah, how is this a card?" and get excited about it. Fun > everything.
Emmy, Griselbrand, and Blightsteel are all terrifying and huge.
I've never seriously considered running Aeons Torn in the cube. I run the new Ulamog and new Emrakul, and they're plenty scary. Griselbrand is scary. In the right deck, the scariest creature in the cube is probably Craterhoof, but it's very narrow.

I don't run OG Emrakul in my cube either. It can't be reanimated or Tinkered, and 15 mana is an awful lot to ask even for the rampiest of ramp decks. This leaves the only means in my cube to get it into play most of the time are Show and Tell or Sneak Attack, and that's just too narrow for me to justify running Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in spite of the ridiculously high ceiling. I do run Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger as my biggest monsters.

Emrakul has definite WOW factor but I don't run her because I don't support enough ways to cheat her out. I think I would run Emrakul, the Promiced End over her since it can be more reasonably cast.
Kozilek, the Great Distotion and Aetherling are probably the scariest creatures to be across the board from in my cube, though there are creatures that impact the board more.
Port is sweet, and probably one of the most annoying cards in cube. 'Untapping...upkeep...' '...tap that collonade' and that's every turn going forward.
I live in a city that's the literal oldest seaport in america, I see the ocean daily. Even though there are some serious issues and concerns with Gloucester, it's a great place to live for the beauty of it all. There's a hiking spot that brings you to this giant rock, and if you climb that you can literally see the entire island/peninsula and all the surround water. It's quite incredible and I feel spoiled for living here.
If you run any man lands or fast mana lands you must run port. The ability to keep in check the un-counterable repeatable spell lands that allow your opponent to create lopsided board states can't be undervalued. In the same way disenchant effects help stem the tide of overbearing enchantment and artifact abilities. Port, wasteland and stripmine are essential in cubes that allow them.
For work I take two trips along the Oregon coastline a month. So I see the Ocean a lot.

I really need to move home soon. I miss it! Nothing beats the ocean.

It's great, but unfortunately from a work perspective it's limited. I'll be here for a bit, but the future is uncertain.
Rishadan Port is one of those cards that the first time I seen it I didn't understand and thought was junk and didn't understand the point of; 2 mana to tap 1 land? Seemed like a pretty bad deal. Even when I understood why it was good from a theory standpoint I was still a bit skeptical of it's power. It took actually playing against it to realize what a powerful effect it is, locking a player out a colour strategically, shutting off a man land or a utility land really throws off you game, especially when they can change it at will.
I'm from Northern Ireland so your never more than an hour so so from the sea. Belfast (where I live) is a port town, they built the Titanic here; my home town was a seaside town with a castle on the waters edge. I guess I can't picture being being so far from the sea because it's never very far away. If you watch Game of Thrones you have seen a few of our beaches.
Port is one of those cards that I have yet to acquire for my cube that I actively am saving a slot for. It's creeping up to the $120 mark and my wallet just can't justify it. Definitely a brutal card if your opponent has more mana intricacy than mono red burn.
It's been a few years since I've seen the ocean. I'm not big on it, mostly because I'm not a fan of the smell of brine. Give me the mountains any day.

You can get a gold-bordered version for like $4. I did that, then paid a buddy $25 to alter it:

Port is the bees knees, I always try to get it along Strip Mine / Wasteland in my aggro deck. While it's no Strip Mine, it can lockdown basics unlike Wasteland. Being able to keep manlands down and City of Brass for the lolz is big game.
Luckily I got my Port for free. Two years ago I was piecing out my buddy's collection and selling it for him, he let me keep a decent amount of cards: Port was one of them. I almost snap-sold it when Eternal Masters was announced, glad I didn't make that mistake.
Last time I saw the ocean was in Tampa, Florida last October, was there for my buddy's bachelor party.
Port makes me really glad for World Championship Edition cards, there's no way I'd run this otherwise, it's way too pricey. Since it's in there, though, I'm glad to have it, and I'll run it in any aggro deck that can afford to have a colorless land in its mana base, although it's not as good as Strip Mine or Wasteland.
I live about an hour away from the Yellow Sea, and I took a brief trip to a seaside town for work about a month and a half ago, but I didn't really have much chance to enjoy the beach. I'm actually taking a trip to an island this weekend to take advantage of the spring weather.
