It's obviously really good in reanimator, but I can't decide if that's too narrow, even though I do support reanimator. Rantipole's point about Loam/Crucible/Strip Mine is well taken. Any other interactions or decks this card slots into that I might be missing?

It can be a tutor when you have snap caster/flip jace, it can get flashback cards, it can grab reveillark/alesha targets, it can make tarmogoyf bigger (this is probably a *****ty overall interaction, but still it's a thing), it's good if you somehow get into some weird mirror where they play exhume...it's definitely a narrow card, but as long as cube decks want to play out of the GY then there are interactions. Like if I had a deck with both snap caster and flip jace in it, I'm probably playing entomb.
Reanimator decks can be hard to make come together, and in an unpowered cube, Entomb is one of the few ways to make a T2 reanimation happen, so it's worth it even if it is the single narrowest card I run to support the archetype.
Until EMA came out, it was actually around the same price to get a modern-frame foil (judge foil or Graveborn) of Entomb as a non-foil of the original Odyssey card, so Entomb was actually one of the first judge foil cards I ever added to my cube.

I don't think Entomb is that narrow honestly. There are so many uses for it, not just in reanimator. As others have mentioned, flashback cards, something for snapcaster, bloodghast/gravecrawler, targets for lark, vengevine/genesis (for those still running those), dredge cards, etc. Helps that this only costs 1 mana too. The power level of entomb for just B is pretty ridiculous.
I'm not entirely convinced the human race is going to survive long enough for there to be future generations to dig up a time capsule, so I think I'd put something that aliens might want to find. I'll go with a collection of music through history. I feel that is one of our greatest inventions.
i run a reanimator theme in my cube but i havent included entomb in my list.
Reanimator can be one of the most broken things in cube and to help balance it out I have slowed it down a bit by not having entomb enable it so easily.
I also dont want there to always be a reanimator deck every draft and this helps out as this card can sometimes pigeon holes drafters into that archetype.
In order to make it work I have made sure i have a lot of other looters and discard outlets and I have found it works pretty well while eliminating some of those unfun/uninteractive games that turn 1 entomb turn 2 reanimate can result in.
I made the decision to keep it out of my list a long time ago, but my cube has grown in power a lot since then and it has been on the table for inclusion for the past few months. I enjoy reading about your experiences and takes on the card!

Staggershock is a fine spell, but we had a hard time continuing to find room for a 3cc burn spell that can't kill X/3s and can't provide an immediate card advantage trade for board clearing. It ended up getting cut. There's always a chance it can come back though; the double spell-casting has neat synergies with Pyro/Mentor/TitI... so as that deck grows, the desire for Staggershock will go up.
I want an Elvish Mystic with something interesting going on; might make for a good full-art card.
That's pretty much my experience with Staggershock, too. The recent of 2/3s hasn't helped Staggershock's stock either, it's just not efficient enough anymore. It's too bad, too, because rebound is a cool mechanic.
I'd absolutely love to see an extended art reprint of Remand with the most recent art.

I'll echo everybody elses statement that I like Staggershock but not being able to kill 3-toughness creatures made it wane over time. While Staggershock is still a good card, it's in an extremely competitive slot and competes directly with Arc Lightning / Flames of the Firebrand which CAN kill an X/3. I'm kinda sad I'm no longer cubing Staggershock / Consuming Vapors, I really love the rebound mechanic
I would like to see a full art version of the original Eternal Dragon, I've always loved the art of that card.
V. Clique holds a special place in my heart. A blue staple in magic basically, and my playmat with its art is one of favorite. This promo is one that I am most actively looking for too.
I played a mono blue control deck in pauper back when cloud of faeries was legal. It wasnt intentionally a faerie deck but it ended up haveing a creature base of mostly faeries.
It's a good card, but I feel that it's a bit stronger in constructed than cube.
And I have a personal vendetta against faeries. I was one of the first guys in my area to move to jund back in Alara Reborn standard, and I don't know why, but whenever I played against faeries I would get completely mana flooded. I stomped 5 color control (the most popular deck back then) whenever I came across it, I smashed through the few jund mirror matches relentlessly, but I could never get consistently good draws against faeries. I'd be sitting there with 8 mana on the table, 3 in hand, and a Guttural Response, just waiting for any non-land. It felt like a curse. I could deal with low land hands, but only against faeries would I get flooded.
As the #13 Blue card in the latest Power Rankings, Vendilion Clique is a pretty clear staple. It's baseline as a 3 power flier with flash for 3 mana is fantastic and unparalleled on its own. It kills planeswalkers out of nowhere, screws up combat math on offense and defense, and lets you hold up countermagic and instant speed removal while still letting you add to your board. Even without it's ETB effect, I'm pretty sure this would still be a staple in medium sized cubes. Then factor in the ETB effect that lets you replace your opponent's best card with a random card, or even replace dead cards in your own hand in a pinch, and this card is just absurd. The only thing more ridiculous is that Clique actually has a serious contender for the best card in its CMC slot in True-Name Nemesis. The only bad thing I can say about Vendilion Clique is that its single point of toughness means it's often brick-walled by Spirit, Faerie, and Thopter tokens. But hey, you can't have everything for just 3 mana.
BothAll three arts are fantastic, but I'm running the MM2 version which has the original art because I was able to get a decent deal on it while MM2 was still in print.
I never played a Faeries deck, but I played against it during a brief foray into Standard while Shadowmoor was in print while Faerie decks seemed to be completely dominant. Getting crushed by the same flavor of control deck over and over reminded me of why Limited was the only kind of competitive Magic I had any business playing.

There are 3 arts for this card, and the MM2 art is different from the original art.
Vendilion Clique is one of my favorite cards (who would have guessed based on my profile picture) - blue, aggressive, great in tempo decks, and skill testing. I like the original art most.
I run Westvale Abbey mostly because my friends asked me to include it. Would not have run it otherwise, but I don't mind it either. The Abzan colors provide multiple ways to run a token deck in my cube, so there's some value, but it's not a high pick or a "draft around me"-card.
I run a couple of double-faced cards in my cube. I have each card twice, one version with the other cube cards in sleeves with opaque back and one version in transparent sleeves kept with the tokens. It works pretty good for us that way, keeps the card from being pulled from the sleeves again and again.
Played with Abby a decent amount on MODO cube since it felt like a free roll in a lot of 2 color decks, and it was pretty meh in my experience. There were too many times where, if I had 5 creatures, that sacrificing that go-wide presence for Ormendahl felt worse than keeping that presence. When he did flip there were times where he felt like a boss, but it was mostly gravy.
Super fun flavorful payoff card for tokens, best used as wrath insurance or a stall breaker. The commitment to Abbey is pretty low since it just takes up a land slot. Currently not running it at 540 unpowered since I had to make a bunch of cuts to support the artifact.dec but Abbey probably would stay for a while under pet card status if I wasn't supporting artifacts.
