Putrid Imp seems as putrid as the name implies. It seemed to be on its way out of cubes as I was building mine so I never bothered with it. I'd play it in a dedicated reanimator deck for the potential of a T2 fattie but it's otherwise so bad I'd never cube. Shame on MTGO for making this their only black 1-drop.
Wharf Infiltrator is also my worst discard outlet.

You ever locked your opponent out of the game with a Chimney Imp? Feels good (bad) man.
The old Soul Foundry + Chittering Rats/Chimney Imp cheese deck. I never built it, but I knew people who did. It wasn't a good deck, but it was painful in the times they got it to work.
Kird Ape is a premiere 1-drop for aggro. The issue that we had with it was its narrowness, since it was only playable in like 1/4 of the red aggro decks we built. It was eventually cut for the less powerful but FAR more versatile hybrid 2-power 1-drop, since it can be played in approximately 7x as many aggro decks as Kird Ape can.
A turn 1 or 2 2/3 is still pretty darn good. Stupidly pushed back when it was printed, but nowadays it's still good, and that says something with the critter power creep we've had. If you're not playing with enough dual lands, he might not be the best, and he's crap outside of dedicated R/G. I still like it because it's a connection to Magic's earliest years, and prefer the original art/frame.
If you can consistently get decks that want it (aggressive decks in Gruul, a high enough density of dual lands with basic land types), Ape is great. Red's one drops are not deep enough to be able to skip this in an aggro deck if you can play it.
Since I'm not supporting green aggro, it doesn't make sense for me to run Kird Ape right now so I'm also running Tattermunge Maniac as a hybrid (although it only sees play in the most aggressive of red decks). If we get a few more high-quality green 1-drops like Kessig Prowler, though, I'll be happy to support green aggro and cut Flinthoof Boar to make room for this.
As much as I usually like Terese Nielsen's art, her Kird Ape doesn't hold a candle to the original art, so I'll shell out for the Arabian Nights version when Kird Ape has a place in my cube.
I love the entire original Planet of the Apes series, and my favorite has to be the completely ludicrous 3rd installment Escape from the Planet of the Apes, where apes inexplicably return to 1970s Earth.

Unless you're pairing it with your own Boros Charm, this is strictly worse than Wildfire. However, that's a super fringe scenario and this is just as good as an archetype enabler that I'm always happy to go all in on.
I'm with wtwlf123, I really want a Magus of the Crucible for cube. A 3/3 for 2G or 1BG would be awesome.
Love Burning of Xinye. Wildfire is one of my favorite decks in the cube.
I'd love to see another Loam or Crucible effect. It doesn't have to be the same as either of them, but something to go in the lands deck would be sweet.
The Magus of the Crucible idea is sweet. 1GG

FTV Burning of Xinye is just a little over $1. While we're at it, FTV Rolling Earthquake is about $3.50
FTV Annihilation wasn't the most popular FTV release for most of the MTG community, but man was it good for cube. Wildfire decks just weren't really draftable until I was able to get that second copy in there.
I'm hoping for a functional reprint of City of Ass so I don't get any more funny looks from drafters who see it in my cube for the first time.

It won't be a popular opinion, but I find Wildfire/BOX decks to be wildly overrated. Relying on one card with an impact that is very situational depending on the board-state does not a winning strategy make. That doesn't mean this card won't win games and yes, I do think they both warrant slots in cube for the time-being, but they are consistently way overrated here.
You can play it with tutors if you're pairing it with blue or black. You can also add in Earthquake effects or other effects that reward you for the same sort of deckbuilding, like Balance. My favorite Wildfire decks are either RW with Balance and other useful cards, or basically RG ramp decks that slam a big threat and burn away much of the board the next turn. Yeah, it isn't always great, but it often is, especially with the proliferation of smaller creatures and tokens in most cubes.

Sure, there will be games where you'll never draw your Wildfire/BoX, so you definitely can't rely exclusively on Wildfire/BoX to win, but the kind of ramping you need to do to make Wildfire decks usually also allows for alternate ways to win like ramping into fatties, planeswalkers (that will survive Wildfire anyway), Tinker, or Upheaval.

I'm not running Sin Prodder at 405, but have thought about adding one in, off and on, since it's come out.
I'm currently running Feldon, Fire Imp, Rabblemaster, Hanweir Garrison, and Squee. Feldon is super fun, Rabblemaster and Garrison support my pretty deep token theme, Squee has a million interactions, and Fire Imp is there for utility.
I wish there were a slamdunk red aggro 3 drop for the cube. In fact, now that black has gotten some insane 2 and 3 drops in the last few years, red might be the part of cube that needs the most help. We need another 2/1 for R, a whole slew of 2 drops, and some interesting creatures at 3 and 4 for options.

Prodder was a reasonable aggro 3-drop beater until they printed a card that does his job but better like a set or two later (in Hanweir Garrison). There are only so many slots that will be dedicated to a vanilla-ish beatdown critter, and Garrison hit harder and supported the token archetype simultaneously.
I'd love to see a modern frame reprint of Blistering Firecat, I'd run it then. I ran Squee for the longest time, but he barely saw any play (= Masticore fodder, or something similar), so he wasn't worth his slot to me anymore.
I absolutely love sin prodder. Even though it has fallen out of favour with a lot of people it has become one of my pet cards because its just so much fun to play!
I haven't had much chance to see Sin Prodder in action in my cube yet, unfortunately, so I'm glad to hear it's still worth keeping around, especially since I love the art and flavor on this card.
I'd like to see at least one more quality red 3-drop, but I'm mitigating the lack of red 3s somewhat by running a 3-drop creature in every red guild except Izzet.
