She's decent, but relegated to the sideboard a lot because of her 1UU cost, the inconsistencies with the evasion and the inconsistencies with her ability.
Thada Adel seems like such a narrow card, that it seems like a testament to the narrowness of viable strategies in the Vintage Cube that a specifically anti-blue artifact hoser is actually a playable card. It's important to have answers available for drafters, but I try very hard to include any cards in my cube that no one would ever want in their main deck.
Good card, but a little too fair for most cubes. Do 720s use this?
I think just about all of my scars are from animals. I have one on the side of my index finger from my big male iguana biting me. It went through about 1/3 of the nail. I was trying to clean out a small gum infection he had. No good deed goes unpunished.
Disfigure kills a ton of creatures in the cube, and it's totally efficient. But it's pretty narrow and real estate is valuable in cube. Pass.
I got hit with a baseball bat on my left eye when I was 4 in a backyard accident. Thirteen stitches and my eye has been askew ever since, especially when I'm tired. My students are always on their toes because they aren't always sure where exactly I'm looking.

I actually really like Disfigure. I run this over Tragic Slip because it is better in the early game. 1 cmc removal is always good, especially instant speed. I wish there were a -3/-3 variant!

This seems OK as early removal for control decks that can double as a combat trick, so I have my eye on this as a possible replacement for Darkblast or Tragic Slip if either proves too unreliable or underwhelming for my Peasant cube, but I'm having a hard enough time finding room for better removal like Doom Blade and Ultimate Price to fit this at 450.
I have nasty scar on the tip of my right ring finger from when when I was a kid and I shut it in the bathroom door, panicked, and yanked it out leaving my entire fingernail behind.

I kept meaning to try out roast, flame slash has done a lot of work for us and even with its drawback this seems like it is close to it. 5 damage will kill enough things that the 3 damage versions won't to make up for the no flyers restriction, and honestly, I find too many of the 2 mana 3 damage instants to get dull and this offers variety.
I like wizards is willing to push things beyond 2 for 3 and I have hopes we may see a 3 mana 5 damage sourcery with less restrictions in the future.
I make a damn fine honey mustard gammon roast, should be starting the process later today.
I don't like creature-only burn when there's universally playable burn that can hit everything available instead. I would not cube, draft or play Roast in a cube deck.
Good card, but a little too fair for most cubes. Do 720s use this?
I don't, it's too narrow. Against many decks it does nothing at all, against others it is still not amazing.
While I love Flame Slash, Roast was terrible for me. Not hitting fliers is relevant, and while doing 5 damage is nice it costs two mana, it is sorcery speed and it does not touch players and planeswalkers. Volcanic Hammer is better.
Ultimately sorcery-speed, non-flyer, non-player is just too many restrictions. I think it's close to viability in big cubes but there are just plenty of better options for small and medium lists.
My parents always roast a beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner and I'm usually heavily involved in the prep for that.
Five damage for 2 mana looks really efficient at first glance, but how many non-flying 5-toughness creatures are in your cube? Mine has two: Polukranos, World Eater and Tasigur, the Golden Fang. It's a bit better in the Vintage Cube, I count 7:
Even that doesn't make up for all the flying creatures Roast can't hit, so Flame Slash and Mizzium Mortars are much better if you're in the market for creature-only burn. Roast is just a bad choice for most cubes, including the MTGO Vintage Cube.
No roasting for Christmas this year, we're broiling steak with olives and steaming lobsters.
Yeah, they really should've kept the card drawing aspect of Thopter Spy Network. They've been kinda nerfing the Happy Holidays cards the last few years.
My all time favorite pie is pecan, it's wonderfully decadent.

I tried Ulcerate for a bit, 3 life is too much to be required to pay every time. Sometimes it was great, other times it was uncastable.

Seems fun but maybe a bit lacking in power. Its worth noting that gum is food, not that there is a shortage at christmas but handy if your on a diet.
Im partial to the colour pie but failing that steak, or ham and chicken. Not a big pie guy
Pumpkin pie, not close. Windmill slam first pick. Has to be fairly firm though. Loose pies are just gross.
