Eldrazi Displacer - 2W
Creature - Eldrazi
Devoid 2C: Exile another target creature, then return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control.
3/3
I'm unsure if this is too clunky/low impact to really be worth it / worth the diamond mana, it kinda reminds me of Mistmeadow Witch with a body that isn't too terrible as a vanilla. Could be worth the payoff for blinking/needing colorless mana? I'm honestly unsure but figured it was worth a mental calorie or two.
I like this card a lot, but I personally love durdling. I feel like the cost is low enough and the body reasonable enough that this seems like a worthwhile inclusion. You need a few ways in your deck to produce C to make it really pay off, but being able to re-use your ETBs and shut down opposing beaters at the same time is crazy good.

Seems worthy of inclusion into the small but growing list of "cards that wouldn't be terrible in a colorless-matters theme." If that list reaches maybe 12-15 I'll consider adding them all in as a module – sort of like some people do for morph. I'm around 450; out of curiosity, what's the tipping point, size-wise, for the rest of you?
I like this the most of all of the colorless mana activated ability guys, and it's the first card that makes me interested in a module of this sort. Still have a lot of playables left to go before I make it a serious consideration.
The activated ability looks too expensive. For 1 more mana, I can get flying, blink once a turn for free, and not require any <> mana at all. Plus, the white 3cc creature section is stacked. I think I can safely pass. If it could protect itself with the ability I'd reconsider, but the "another" clause hurts a lot on an ability you need to be saving 2<> up for to use defensively.
I have been trying to heavily support blink recently with cards like Cloudshift, Otherworldly Journey and Momentary Blink. This card will definately replace Shift or Journey (probably Journey) because it is playable in other decks aswell. I really like that it taps the creature too, so that it can be okay'ish in an aggressive deck.
My only complaint is the C-restriction. Would have been great as just 2W, but we can't get it all can we ?
The sad thing is we are really not getting any discounts for the <>. Easily could have had a combat ability. 3 mana activation is just to much. As it is I have a hard time finding room for flickerwisp which is way better.
Reminds me a lot of Mirror Entity, which I like a lot more than this card as a mana sink. This card is interesting and being a 3/3 for 2W is nice. For me to consider this, the effect would need to cost 1 less and not have the colorless requirement.
This card is definitely powerful, however I'm leaning on no. Unless adding CX as a multicolored "guild" for all these cards with C costs is something that can happen.

Sure, but that's a BCS. Any game where all your blink targets are sticking around without the opponent interacting with them at all is usually going to be going your way anyway.
While the ceiling of being able to pay 4CC to double blink something is cool, I wonder if that's going to be more relevant on average than being able to blink once for free with something else every turn. It seems like a lot will have to go right for this creature for it to be better than Galepowder Mage. Having to pay for the effect makes a huge difference, and 2C is a lot for most of the cheaper ETB triggers you abuse in the cube.
More than the blink support though, this can do a pretty good job of staving off attackers. Assuming that C is easy for your deck to produce, you'll be able to hold their best attacker at bay and allow you to attack past it too. It's probably a better defensive utility creature than a blink enabler.
I hope this turns out to be a fringe playable creature for all-in blink decks; might inspire a look into the other deeper support cards. Throwing this, Galepowder, Brago and Venser PW all back in together and seeing if it can become a full-blown thing again.
Looks rad. Rebuys ETB value, protects other dudes from removal, and can serve as a pseudo-Azorius Guildmage for opposing creatures that don't have devastating ETB effects themself. Randomly killing tokens, resetting equips and counters, and killing the few auras that might see play is also cool. Probably the most likely <> card for us outside Koz.
Edit: I goes infinite pretty easily with Palinchron, for people who run that.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
I see this card as being much different than Galepowder Mage. You don't have to attack with it, the card comes back right away if you need immediate ETB, it can be used multiple times (as you stated) and taps your opponents creatures. I'd consider testing it, but the white 3 drop slot is pretty packed with better option right now IMO
This pales in comparison to the other 3cc white creatures. However, the potential combo may make up for it.
I think the expensive 3cc activation cost is worth the versatility of tapping a creature or taking advantage of an ETB effect (say, Mulldrifter, Firetongue Kavu, Nekrataal or any persist/undying creature).
The issue with me is the could be it be worth weakening the mana base (Filterlands or Pains instead of Manlands or Shocks) for a single card?
Currently I have 8 colorless sources (10 if you count Terramorphic / Evolving Wilds + Waste) and that is probably not enough as colorless sources are good picks as well (artifact synergy and ramp)
My verdict is wait and see. If there are a handful of colorless Eldrazi that is worth including then they may be in as a package, with a slight adjustment in mana base. If that happens, this card will make it in.
The more I think about the card, the more I like it.
The real issue is with it requiring waste mana to activate. Think it will ultimately be the downfall of the card for cube. If it was 2W to activate, Im speculating this card would be worth replacing a solid white 3 drop.
Ideally You want to play it in a deck with some ramp/acceleration, definitely a midrange blink deck.

6 mana to double blink a turn is obscenely powerful in the right deck.
Acidic slime, thragtusk, blade splicer should end the game almost irregardless of the board state.
Coupled with utility to lock down a creature on opponents side, push your attackers past blockers and has a reasonable body for its cost.
Only question is how big of a restriction the waste mana is
