Anyone still running Chandra in their powered cube? How does she perform so far?
I just cut her in my cube with the OGW update. She is only really playable in mono-red and thus didn't see much play as our decks tends to be more than 1 color.
Even in mono-red, she wasn't 'that' good.
My cube is not powered and it's not the highest power level for unpowered cubes, but Chandra has been fantastic. Red-heavy aggro decks have little problem flipping her, and when they do she represents 5+ damage the turn after she comes down, 2 of it at a creature if necessary, and 2 unstoppable damage a turn after that. That's a lot to get out of 3 drop.
Incidentally, the rest of the flip walkers have also been good for us. Gideon rarely flips, but he's a 2/1 for 1 that sometimes makes your opponent do awkward things to keep him in check. Nissa is a house late-game, and perfectly acceptable in the midgame.
I'm running Chandra in my powered-list, and she's a very powerful card, albeit limited in the decks she can go into. I'm a big fan of her, and would rate her as the 2nd or 3rd best 3-drop Red creature, behind Rabblemaster and Feldon.

Same experience here. Narrow but powerful. Great burst damage for a 3-drop and she actually draws us into mono-red, which normally doesn't get drafted much around here. I don't know where I would rank her among 3-drops but I have no plans of moving her any time soon.
I was running until the release of SOI. Was fine, but not excellent. She offers a high damage output when she does connect. However, it needs a lot of burn in your 23 in order to connect on a regular basis. And sometimes, she also feels pretty mono red only. With Sin Pordder now in the picture, I would rank her as the 8th or 9th option in the red 3-drop section. For thoses reasons, I think she's for 630 and more cube.
We get more heavy red decks than split Agro decks

I may cut Squee (which also almost never sees play) for Chandra.
EDIT: Nevermind, I like Squee more . I could see Chandra come in instead of Guttersnipe in the future. For now she stays out.
