If you're running 3cc mana rocks in every color pair, I'll go into this assuming aggro isn't being considered, so it comes down to which keyrune activations are worse than cycling. I'd probably skip boros keyrune, gruul, and orzhov. Those are also the pairs that want the draw the most, anyway. Simic keyrune is pretty mediocre, too, so I'd probably go clue stone there as well.
When I see Healing Salve, I'm often like "Oh girl, I wish I could turn every card into this." Thanks they removed the gain life part, otherwise this would have been broken.
Definitely the Azorius and Dimir Keyrunes, and I'd probably use the Orzhov one as well since its a mana rock in the control colors and will find its way into decks with sweepers. After that I might value the cycling higher.

The Selesya and Rakdos especially are the most powerful keyrunes in practice because preventing them from attacking is much better in slow decks than having a slow grindy wincon. Realistially Rakdos is the only keyrune that's close to playable, but all of the keyrunes are better than cluestones. Cluestones really just aren't good.
If I was going to run either Keyrunes or Cluestones as an addition form of mana fixing in my cube, would you recommend:
A) Keyrunes
B) Cluestones
C) Different for different pairs. (And which)
