Morphling vs Icefall Regent? Morphling can pack a bigger punch and is more resilient but the Regent locks down an opposing creature and doesn't need 1U per turn to hit for 4 in the air.

I like Morphling a lot more. I'd also suggest Dungeon Geists over Icefall Regent.
Morphling is still awesome and is definitely up there alongside Meloku as the best 5 drop blue creatures. I wanted to like Icefall Regent but the 3 toughness was a dealbreaker.
I have Arc Lightning and Arc Trail. They're both fine. My cube is pretty fast so I'll keep those for now.
Those two, Flames of the Firebrand and Fire // Ice give enough options for cheap dividable burn. I am not even runningn all of them anymore at 600 cards.
Carrier Thrall. Double blocker buys a control deck time. Early trade plus one-shot ramp is nice for midrange. A Goblin Piker without a combat ability or evasion is clearly subpar for aggro, but leaving a threat behind - even if it is a small one - is nice insurance against mass removal.

Morphling is not great, but a bit better than Regent. I would cut both and run Dungeon Geists though.

Sadly, this. I don't care much for Morphling though, so I'll second the Dungeon Geists replacement suggestion (unless you really don't want another blue 4).
Per the experimental 1 thread, rate experimental one vs Wild Nacatl, overall. If you feel it depends, perhaps for: cubes that work to support green aggro, and those that that don't as much:
Im going to try experimental one in our cube, but I wonder if it might be slightly better than Nacatl, overall.
I hunch that:
- green aggro supported cubes: Nacatl > E1
- less g-agg supported cubes: E1 >> Nacatl
If your playgroup plays Naya Aggro decks, Wild Nacatl is kinda a must. If you support green aggro in general, Experiment One is kinda a must. So they're not really competing against each other, but each justified on their own merits depending on what you support. I'd recommend playing both.

Thoughts?
I'm the extreme side of the spectrum. I like E1 a lot more. But my cube is heavy midrange and it supports +1/+1 counters. I've seen it get pretty big. The regeneration isn't just flavor text.
My guess is Nacatl is better in a cube that heavily supports green aggro (maybe even those cubes where green is just an aggro splash - not sure).
Wild Nacatl is way better than Ex1 in the right deck, but I would play both if you support green as a main or off aggro color.
On another topic: My playgroup has been requesting more counterspells and cantrips in blue. Therefore I am considering to add Negate and/or Opt to my cube. I have a hard time finding two cuts though - so I need your help. Here is my list: http://www.cubetutor.com/viewcurve/19737. I think many of you will suggest Cloudfin Raptor as a cut, but I really like the card and I think it is needed for the blue tempo and devotion decks, so try and find other cuts if you can (or tell me if you think I am totally wrong here). I hope you can help.
I think Augur of Bolas is not a good cube card (I forget who said it, but they described Augur of Bolas as "Look at the top 3 cards of your library, and put them on the bottom in any order) and would be a pretty easy first cut. After that my inclination would be one of the 3 mana counter (Complicate/Exclude) but if you want to add more counters then that might be counter-intuitive for what you're asking for, even if they're not that great. So if you absolutely wouldn't cut Complicate/Exclude, I would maybe cut Clutch of Currents as sorcery speed is pretty rough.
Yeah Delver has also been a giant bag of ***** in my experience as well. You just can't run the percentage of spells that you need like you can in constructed for it to replicate that power level.
I agree with Tactuz for the first set. I run Silverblade Paladin over the crusader because of the higher upside and the protections annoy me for some reason.
2) Legionnaire moves between my white and artifact sections a lot depending on where I need space. Overall it's probably Legionnaire > Skyfisher = Sovereign as I prefer sovereign in aggro decks but Skyfisher in midrange although they both do fine in both decks.
3) Elf > Elder, T1 acceleration is a lot more important in my opinion. I've had good experience running a 3:2:1 ratio of accelerators from 1 mana to 3 mana in my midrange green decks (Don't want to de-rail but would others agree?).
Throwing in more support for both experiment one and wild nacatl or neither.
Negate has almost nearly been playable for me. I wouldn't run essence scatter/remove soul. I did actually try deprive once; it actually did better than I thought it would , but I still wouldn't recommend it.
1. Mirran Crusader > flickerwisp > Hallowed spiritkeeper
2. Kor skyfisher = porcelain Legionnaire > imposing sovereign
3. Sakura tribe-elder > Llanowar elves. But I never feel like I can have enough mana dorks.

With a heavy heart, I would cut Predator.

Have you considered Deprive as your next counterspell? I'm considering adding it, and I think I like it better than Negate or Essence Scatter/Remove Soul.

Delver is not good enough in cube. Run something else. Maybe it's good for 720, I don't know.

2 - Imposing Sovereign vs Kor Skyfisher vs Porcelain Legionnaire ? What order ?
3 - Llanowar Elves vs Sakura-Tribe Elder ?
1: Flickerwisp >= Spiritkeeper > Crusader
2: Legionnaire > Skyfisher > Sovereign
3: Elder > Llanowar
I do include all those cards in my cube though.
