If I wasn't supporting the Artifact deck I would be running Duskmantle Seer. That guy is a beast and I like him more than most other Dimir options, including Finkel and 'Tog.
Duskmantle Seer hits like a truck in the UB tempo deck. Very solid card. I only play Finkel over it in the #5 slot in my cube because it's a pet card of mine.

You gave Dimir Charm a solid evaluation when it was spoiled. Did you try it in your cube for a while? If so, how did it fare?
It's also a fine card. Probably even more now that both blue and black want to Delve more often. Ultimately it was just lacking the 1 overpowered mode that helps justify it being a gold utility card. I just think that UB is too stacked now for a card that will only ever be "solid". Dragonlord Silumgar is pretty nasty.

Metalworker is higher on my list because I support the artifact.dec including some hefty-costed colorless targets, and the 2cc rocks gain value in my list because I run the universally playable ones over the color-specific options like Talisman/Signets. Otherwise Metalworker would move down towards the bottom w/ Myr, and Lantern would jump above the 2cc rocks.
If you're supporting the artifact deck (and, since this discussion is prompted by the inclusion of Tolarian Academy, I assume you are), Metalworker goes a long way. I like Chromatic Lantern more than the Lens/Idol because it does slightly more for other decks, so it's a rock that adds something to the cube in other archetypes. I always feel like Palladium Myr is just a liability, but there aren't really better options aside from what you have listed there and what's in your cube, unless you can sneak Mana Crypt into your list.
Stone is solid, but being able to animate the Idol has been surprisingly relevant. More so than it appears on paper. I could give Fellwar Stone another look though, if we find we want more non-Signet rocks. Rganks for pointing it out! Haven't cubed with it since the days of the classic cube, lol.

I cube with it in my unpowered list since I don't run any signets. It's clearly not better than signets or whatnot, but mana ramp that costs 2 is generally great-if-not-serviceable. Even something like Sphere of the Suns, which is subpar once it runs out or you need to use it immediately, has been fine-to-great because artifact ramp in the decks that want it but don't have a colored option is always welcome.

I've been running Architect for a while now, but it's been pretty unexciting. I was planning to switch it out for Beleren, but I recently acquired a copy of Tezzeret, and am wondering if anyone has any notable experiences with him in an unpowered setting, either good or bad.
I run both Beleren and Tezz in my Multiplayer cube (and considered AoT for about a nanosecond before I stuck with these two). Tezz is the better of the two in a canter.
In your cube, he'll tutor up Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond and Lotus Petal at zero cost, and then abuse the hell out of the two Moxen. He's also really, really good with some of your larger mana rocks, too - he'd adore playing with your Grim Monolith, Thran Dynamo and Gilded Lotus.
Basically, if you're intent on giving the artifact deck in your cube the ability to ramp, Tezz is about the best thing you can throw in there to really push it over the edge. If the artifacts are a bit secondary, I would probably go with Beleren, but Tezz is great, great fun.
I feel like I have enough blink enablers without Flickerwisp, so that would be my cut. Hallowed Spiritkeeper is awesome. Haven't tested mentor yet, but I can't imagine it's not busted.
I'd appreciate explanations for your choices, too. Thanks!
I still think Bone Shredder fills a valuable role, so I'd keep him. Hippie is a pet card, so I wouldn't cut that even though I think you can at this point. Nighthawk is good in everything, so probably needs to stay. Strike leader I have very limited testing on (so keep that in mind), but he has high variance. If the board is clear or you can remove blockers, he's pretty solid making a token each turn. Other times, he just suicides for a 2/1 token or sits in your hand. He would be my cut as I think he's just a new-shiny and being overly hyped right now. No evasion and 2 toughness on effectively a 4 drop is pretty bogus.
Dragonlord Ojutai or Narset Transcendent or something else entirely as #5 in Azorius
Dragonlord Ojutai.
A "something else as #5" depends on the other four. My own 4 Azorius cards (not counting lands or signets) are St. Traft, Detention Sphere, Supreme Verdict and Sphinx's Revelation. After those I'd run Venser, and then would consider Ojutai. That's basically my Power Rankings guild vote.
Which decks has Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker excelled in? Which ones in particular is he an important piece (Wildfire I can see for sure but what else)?
He's been good in all the same decks that Thundermaw has been good in, but if I had to choose between the two I'd choose Purphoros since he's more unique/build-aroundable. Sarkhan has mostly been a second Thundermaw for me, which isn't *bad* by any means, but might not be necessary if you had to choose.

I've not used Metalworker in cube so I didn't list it, but I'm willing to bet it tops the list so long as your artifact section is strong enough.

I play all seven right now, so I'll try and rank them for you:
Metalworker > Gilded Lotus > Basalt Monolith > Guardian Idol = Prismatic Lens > Chromatic Lantern > Paladium Myr

Draft my cube! (630 cards)
I also think Felwar Stone is better than Guardian Idol, as it comes into play untapped and it taps for a relevant color more often than not.
Never been a huge fan of metalworker, he's often a Palladium Myr or worse, but his ceiling is high so maybe my experiences aren't like everyone's.

Fine, fine. Spiritkeeper. But I'd cut many of your two- and four-drops before considering doing away with it.
EDIT: Anafenza, Hidden Dragonslayer, Skyfisher, Sanctifiers, Sublime Archangel, Spectral Procession are all cards I'd cut before Spiritkeeper.
Now that's easier. Bone Shredder.
Never really liked it (it was just filler in my list when it was present), and I find only natural it is getting rarer and rarer these days.
I feel like I have enough blink enablers without Flickerwisp, so that would be my cut. Hallowed Spiritkeeper is awesome. Haven't tested mentor yet, but I can't imagine it's not busted.
