Chainer's and Diabolic are pretty close in power and I'd likely give a slight nod to Diabolic for instanty goodness. Fleshbag would be next because of creature shenanigans and Innocent Blood after that. At 450 powered, I only play the two Edicts.
Just cause the instant on Diabolic is very nice and if you flashbacking Chainer's, you're either too far behind or it's just win-more. But it depends on the situation and the cube.
Diabolic and Chainer's are my 2 favorites too, and it's tough, because they both have their merits. I might give the nod to the Chainer's, but they're both great.
I also like Diabolic Edict more for being an instant. Innocent Blood never really compelled to me.
Fleshbag Marauder (and maybe Merciless Executioner) also comes in handy when creature types do matter, but I haven't cubed him in ages.
If you're going to run exactly one of the 3/1 edicts, marauder is strictly better in cube because there are cards that care about zombie, where as nothing cares about orcs (and they are both warriors). I think this was the point you were making, I just wasn't 100% sure. I agree, though, in smaller cubes 3-mana edicts just aren't cutting it anymore, even when you occasionally get to sac a gravecrawler or reassembling skeleton.
Edit - I actually think I would rank innocent blood above marauder, just because of how strong it can be in creature-light control decks.
I would rank Chainer's higher. Getting two spells in one card is better than instant speed for the most part. We all love Firebolt but Shock almost never gets brought up for inclusion in the cube.

This comparison isn't great though, because your burn spell doesn't rely nearly as much on timing to generate value for you as Edict effects do.
I feel like I'd want Beast Within and Vines of Vastwood.
Beast Within can take care of ANY trouble permanent, as well as being an instant speed 3/3 for yourself if need be (as a Living End player in Modern, I do this a lot). Vines is a great combat trick that's both pump and protection, which puts it above Become Immense even before you consider how conditional that Delve is. I just don't care for Sylvan Tutor much.

OK, I cut Precursor Golem to test Scuttling Doom Engine. Now I need to find room for Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and I think 4-drops are the best place I can find room to cut, so help me decide to cut one of the following:
I'm still running all of those four 4-drops, but the one I'd cut first is Lodestone Golem. And looking at your cubetutor, that's your preference too?
Looking at your list as a whole, I'd consider cutting Artisan of Kozilek instead, but otherwise your colorless section is tight and maybe you could consider running less multicolored cards and more colorless? -1 card per guild, and +1 per color and +5 colorless, or just +10 colorless. Counting with your FRF-hybrid (that you list as monocolor), you're running about as much multicolored cards as I or wtwlf123, and we're 540.

Thanks!
In MY cube group, the Lodestone Golem comes up in more decks than Molten-tail did, so we cut it (the Molten-tail Masticore I mean). LG gives Tinker decks another, albiet more secondary, target and has passable stats at 4 mana. It was a hard cut, to be sure, but ultimately I think the right call for my cube. LG is on the chopping block though, so it's a matter of personal preference really.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.

I cut Lodestone Golem, but started having second thoughts which was why I posted.
Thanks for these alternative selections, you've given me a lot to think about. Artisan of Kozilek has been solid as a ramp/reanimator target, but may be less necessary now that I have Griselbrand in black. You do raise a good point about my multicolored section, I do run no more than 4 gold cards in any given guild but I did make space for 2 hybrids for each guild when I first made the cube. Since I'm having trouble finding room for new colorless cards now, it probably is time for me to cull some of my weaker hybrids for colorless cards.
Thanks for the feedback!

I have 2 spots for bant colors in my 720 cube. I'm thinking Rafiq and Bant Charm, but I'm considering Jenara aswell.

Bant Charm > Rafiq > Jenara > War Monk for me.
