What is going on in the world that people dislike Vampire Nighthawk? The card plays in a variety of theaters of decks, has the ability to kill any creature in combat, is evasive, and the lifelink certainly is relevant. Madness, I tells ya, MADNESS! Necromancer would be my cut, followed by Haruspex (would tend to leave the morph in to get more data before removal).
Cut Viper and Yasova. I've liked the latter WAY less than I thought I would.
It depends on what your average green deck does. The Troll is better in aggressive builds from my experience while the Viper is better in more control/rockish builds. CA is hard to come by in green so I really like the Viper. Plus snakes are cool.
I don't have enough experience with Rattleclaw or Yasova yet, but I'm optimistic about the latter (though maybe less so after hearing the feedback above on him - that's a bummer).
They are both pretty bad, would find another card to add in place of the second cut.
What Chisinf said. Going by your list, you're also running Unravel the Aether and Song of the Dryads, and that's enough noncreature removal effects for green.
I'd run Den Protector and either Wickerbough Elder or Viridian Shaman instead of Bramblecrush and Beast Within.
Viper and Troll are pretty close. Troll hits harder and is more resilient though, so I'd probably cut Viper. Rattleclaw is solid, but Yasova's a house, so I'd cut the Mystic and keep her in.
Knight is the best option if you're supporting a Loam/Crucible kind of deck. Otherwise, Pridemage is the best card of the group. Voice is also solid, so it just depends on what you're looking for.
I added Rattleclaw Mystic recently (over Channel) but it hasn't showed up yet, has people's experience with it been disappointing? Yasova is a fantastic card though, so if it's a straight fight, easily her.
Den Protector is just awesome, in our limited experience so far. The 3 + 1G mode is great, the 4G mode is great, the 1G is a decent beater if need be.

I like the removal of channel from your list. You don't have quite enough ways to guaranty it's stupidity. Rattleclaw was always too slow for my group. I think you would have more luck with worn powerstone, or chromatic lantern instead for the ramp. Leave in the fight Khalessi.
Glad to hear that you like DP. Haven't seen it much yet but people talking up the potential snapcaster mode in U/G has me excited.
Agree that pridemage is the best in the group.
I also prefer the troll to the snake, but only barely. It depends on the rest of green inthe cube...if you've a glut of good aggressive creatures, and less draw/utility, I could see going with the snake.
I would cut Troll Ascetic and keep Ohran Viper, but that's just because running the troll in addition to Thrun seems uninteresting and green card draw is nice.
Never liked Pain Seer since it sat like a chump too often, whereas Assassin has multiple modes and the evasion is definitely relevant. I like it as a two drop as well when you need to use your mana for other stuff later turns or just want to curve out and have another three to play.
Gifts Ungiven is way better because you can guarantee cards go into your GY if need be; with intuition they choose the card that ends up in your hand, so that can be awkward if you just want to pitch cards. And if you're choosing all 4 from the deck, it ends up playing out like a potentially-scarier FoF.
Cheers,

I'd cut Ohran Viper and Rattleclaw Mystic here also.
Cut one for Den Protector:
Bramblecrush
Beast Within
Modern: Jund

Yeah, any one of those would be a good choice. I'm currently running Pridemage and Knight, but I could see myself cutting either for Voice.
Pridemage looks like the safest and most versatile choice, though.

Old school group, sometimes more beer than cards. Revised thru Tempest block (and a little of Urza), sorry if I don't know all the new cards

Man I really should make room to test this guy in our environment. I really don't want to cut Troll as he's still been solid for us.
