Mirror Entity isn't that weak, in terms of its vulnerability, compared to Soltari Champion. If your opponent can deal with a 1/1 in a single turn, they can probably deal with a 2/2. They are both vulnerable threats, but Entity carries a much higher potential threat that your opponent has to respect.
1) Triskelion > Æther Searcher > Precursor > Doom Engine. Trike kills valuable utility creatures, deals direct damage to players/walkers and has a lot of cool interactions in the cube. Searcher has a high ceiling, and is a fun card to play. Precursor has a low floor, but does generate 9 power for 5 mana. Doom Engine is solid, but 6 mana does a lot in the cube.
2) Kudzu > Geist. Better cost and fun interactions. The GG on Geist makes it really hard to cast on curve in the decks that want it the most.
3) Dragon > Exemplars > Terminus. Dragon is a 2cc uncounterable instant-speed dual land tutor that bins itself for graveyard interactions and wins the control mirror. Exemplars is an awesome card for the spells matters deck, and can be back-breaking even with 1-2 triggers. Terminus is a solid spell, but Wrath effects rely a lot on timing, and being forced to cast it on draw step can cost you damage sometimes. But it has a really high ceiling when you're losing and in topdeck mode.
I'm a great fan of the Conspiracy constructs, and Aether Searcher is probably by favorite of them. Can be paired into lots of epic combinations.
I just recently included Doom Engine in my list, and it has been pretty impressive so far.
I don't care about the other two very much. I have no real experience with Trisk, though.
However, I have very little experience with Eternal Dragon, and none with the other two. I'm liking the Dragon, and have heard good things about Exemplars. For Terminus, a board wipe should be usable when you most need it, not when random chance lets you draw it.
Trike is obviously underpowered at this point. If you are looking for strong cards, do not include Trike. It used to be a 4/4 and an Arc Lightning. Now it is a 4/4 or an Arc Lightning. Plus, both the average toughness/cost ratio of creatures in cube and the number of cubable colorless fatties have increased over the years. At 6, Trike has zero chance of ever making it back into my cube. Really needs to cost 5 to stand a chance today.
2. Vinelasher Kudzu > Strangleroot Geist
Splashability wins, even though the Geist is a pretty efficient creature.
Can't say which one of the first two is better. Depends what you want in your cube. Do yourself a favor and do not cube with Terminus. There are enough other Wrath variants and none of them uses the terrible miracle mechanic.
I cut Trike when Scuttling Doom Engine came out and haven't looked back. Trike was a holdover that felt like it was in the cube because it had always been in the cube. It didn't see much play. People didn't want it as a finisher or as a utility guy to combo with other cards. As a six mana 4/4 with only a moderate amount of utility, I think it's now gotten outclassed. After running Doom Engine now for nearly a year, I'm fully convinced that this card is much better than Trike for the cube. It's better at being a colorless finisher and, IMO, it's more interesting to combo the death trigger on this guy than to combo the counters on Trike. Last night I won a game by chaining Doom Engine sacrifices with Flesh Carver and a couple reanimation spells in my rock deck. It was a really fun interaction.

Jeez, you don't like Miracle, we get it already. Maybe some groups do like it. I think it's one of the better Wraths I'm not running, personally.
Comparing it to Exemplars and Dragon in a vacuum... I probably like Exemplars best. That's just a real apples and oranges case though. I don't get the point in asking to compare such drastically different cards, surely either your cube will need one effect or the other?
Aether Searcher is the best of the artifact fatties (which were listed here). Trike the least of them, IMO. I just don't think it's good enough any more.
Geist is auto-include if you support heavy green aggro decks. If not, probably neither. Kudzu is passable but not too bad.
Sundering Titan > Ugin >> Karn, is my preference. I have room for just one big and very narrow ramp target, and Ugin is it.
No, it's not, lol. It's just me defending a pet card of mine. The only people who still like that card are either in my playgroup or are losing a cube match to Triskelion to someone in my playgroup.
If you can reanimate or ramp Sundering Titan, it should be in, IMO. It just has an ungodly impact in most board states. But it loses some of its value without Tinker to be sure.
And I know that Trike is a pet card, but it does so much work that I still come to its defense. I wouldn't argue for it over things like Battlesphere or Wurmcoil, but In my experience, it's defensible against the cards discussed in this thread right now.
I'm more surprised to hear so many people recommending Scuttling Doom Engine over Precursor Golem. I haven't tried SDE yet, and I'm in no hurry to cut Precursor, so which of these would you cut instead to try SDE?

Just picked up a judge Imperial Recruiter and am trying to make room for it. I'd like to make room by cutting another 3-drop, but could also cut something else in red.

2 - Strangleroot Geist vs Vinelasher Kudzu ?
3 - Ojutai Exemplars vs Terminus vs Eternal Dragon ? What has been the most relevant? What order ?

Kudzu.
CC vs 1C is a great difference for the aggressive decks that would want to run either of them.

2 - Eidolon of the Great Revel vs Gore-House Chainwalker ?
2) Chainwalker > Eidolon
Neither of these statements are true. Trike has gotten better in the cube recently, if anything.

None. If you really want to try SDE, I would cut Precursor Golem too;)
I feel compelled to repeat everything I hear
I'd cut Precursor Golem before any of those three. Actually, I did precisely that.
But if you're not ready to cut it, I'd replace Lodestone Golem with SDE for the testing.
Here are the rest of my 3-drops:
I'm leaning towards Manic Vandal at the moment, but would love additional opinions!
